MS SQL is the data base with smooth interface .
Scales well from small applications to large level.

MS SQL not a cost effective 
Need to purchase license with high cost 
Can consume high system resources if not optimized properly.
Unlike MySQL or PostgreSQL, MS SQL is not open-source.
