Secure Score is always enabled and available for all customers **What do you dislike about Microsoft Secure Score?** Sometimes the score is not really reflecting the security posture, because of the specifics of the cloud workload does not apply to the configuration item. **What problems is Microsoft Secure Score solving and how is that benefiting you?** Microsoft Secure Score makes it more easy to keep track of your security posture of your cloud workloads. This provides compliance check based on various configuration across all the services. It would be challenging to get secure compliance score for all the services. I like that it provides a score that can be observed and used as an indicator of areas to monitor **What do you dislike about Microsoft Secure Score?** I feel like you need to be invested to go through the dashboard and work on actioning the recommendations provided otherwise it's not very useful. The improvement list details can be quite long but at the end it comes down to making the time to go through the categories if you want to see results. **What problems is Microsoft Secure Score solving and how is that benefiting you?** The company transitioned to all things Microsoft because the ratings and user friendliness were important. So far from the experience and knowledge I have, secure score is running scans and alerting of any suspicious activity that may be a threat. ### 7. Data privacy and Information security are crucial aspects of a firm, and we cannot afford to be complacent with them. Secure Score facilitates continuous improvement in the security aspect. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Secure Score?** Though the dashboard of the secure score is very detailed, it should have been more intuitive. So, product managers can improve the UI/UX. Also, for threats from any third-party applications, apart from suggesting the improvements step, they could be automatically rectified as well. **What problems is Microsoft Secure Score solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Microsoft Secure Score, we first measure where exactly we stand when it comes to our organization's security. Once you have a quantitative analysis and numbers for that, you can take the improvement steps to rectify the gaps in the system. Also, benchmarking is a great feature of the algorithm. ### 9.
