Even while Quick Assist excels in simplicity, there are a few oddities with it:
Periodic glitches can cause sessions to become unproductive and aggravating lag fests. Second, the hate list can include privacy issues and limited control alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Quick Assist offers a helping hand, it can sometimes leave you hanging. Glitches can interrupt the connection, turning a magic trick into a frustrating disappearing act. Privacy concerns linger, like sharing your screen feels like exposing your sock drawer. And if your tech troubles are deep-rooted, its basic tools might leave you scratching your head, wishing for a tech whisperer with a toolbox. It's great for simple fixes, but for complex woes, you might need a more robust remote warrior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to use interface is the best feature, It's easy to initiate the connection without hassle. Quick Assist is built-in the Windows 10, So it is easily accessible without the need to install additional software. It enables real-time collaboration by allowing one user to view and control the desktop of another user, sufficient for trouble shooting and training neeeds. And it is compatible with variuos windows devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Quick assist only offers basic set of functionalities compared to some third-party remote assistance tools. For advanced trouble shooting, user might need to look for other remote tools. Earlier versions of windows 10 doesn't have access to quick assist, which can be challenging. Plus, cross-platform support is not available. Security might be a concern and remote sessions need a user from both ends for proper authentication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a loyal Microsoft Windows user, and a tech savvy person. I used to use third party applications to connect with my friends and family to assist them, but it always came with data security risks. Having quick assist built into the Microsoft Windows environment takes away the security concern, and provides a seemless experience when connecting to a remote desktop. I find Microsoft Quick Assist a bit limited in terms of features compared to other remote assistance tools. It could benefit from additional functionalities for a more comprehensive support experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing I liked about Microsoft quick assist is, that it is free to use and you don't have to install it externally as it is pre-installed by default in Microsoft windows supported versions. Also, it supports multiple machines on a target machine and gives us the privilege to decide whether we want to view a selected screen or view all at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike about Microsoft Quick Assist is it didn't support this feature in smartphones, and the majority of audience are using smartphones for their day-to-day activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
