"PowerPoint: A Versatile, Feature-Rich Tool for Seamless and Impactful Presentations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

The aspect that I appreciate most in Microsoft PowerPoint is its excellent balance between intuitiveness and implementation. Indeed, this program has excellent intuitiveness; any person can easily create a presentation with its help with little training. Moreover, this product allows advanced users to explore its additional functions, thus increasing its value. Furthermore, Microsoft PowerPoint is extremely popular among users from all spheres of activity and can integrate well with other software products such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams, thereby increasing its overall efficiency. Finally, this tool is utilized frequently due to the possibility to include it into any professional process.

In addition, one more strength that deserves mention is its high number of features, excellent integration, and solid support. Firstly, Microsoft PowerPoint provides a great number of options that allow users to create presentations in a fast and efficient manner. Namely, there are numerous templates, animations, media insertion, and even artificial intelligence called Copilot that enables to create slides faster. Secondly, this product has great possibilities related to cloud computing and works on different devices. Thirdly, users can always rely on strong Microsoft customer support. What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

The primary drawback of the software Microsoft PowerPoint, a recurring theme among many discussions about the tool found on forums such as Reddit, is its complexity in spite of its wide range of features. This may be particularly true of those users who wish to prepare a presentation quickly and with no unnecessary complications since the availability of numerous choices may affect their workflow. Moreover, there are cases when elements change from one device to another, creating problems with the consistency of format. On top of that, Copilot, while impressive, is not entirely perfect at the moment and may require improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful New AI in Microsoft PowerPoint with a Clean, Easy-to-Use UI"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

Latest AI features in Microsoft PowerPoint are very important. Being able to use both OpenAI and Anthropic models makes AI functionalities much more powerful. The UI is very clean and easy to use. Others, like Gamma or Google Slides are much harder to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

Until the last few months, Microsoft has been moving very slowly when it comes to adding AI features to Microsoft Office applications. Even though Microsoft has a very large installed base, it hasn’t really shown the strength that should come from such a big enterprise customer base. I hope this changes soon. "PowerPoint Makes Polished, Seamless Presentations Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

So Many things, Ease of use, charts easily integrates from Excel, Layout of every template and even if I don't like the options I can create my own. Adding images and text are a cinch. When I run the presentation the performance is seamless and the transitions are incredibly smooth. Pricing is well worth the program use. I really have not had to use support or onboarding for PowerPoint so I cannot comment on that. Using AI integration is very worth it when I cannot think of how I want to express something. "Intuitive, Top-Tier Presentation Software with Versatile Use Cases"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

Intuitive with a larger array of use cases than just presentation decks.

As a presentation software, I believe it is top-tier. While not a full-fledged text editor, the software provides many options to create exceptional documentation and presentations.

Also, when in a pinch, you can use it for other applications as well, like:

- creating quick animations

- simple icon designs

- create interactive user guides

- 3D render simple shapes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

Not much to dislike, I think it serves its purpose completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Fun, Well-Laid-Out UI That Makes Slide-Making Feel Cinematic"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

There’s something oddly satisfying about clicking through slides like you’re the director of a very low-budget movie, complete with dramatic transitions that scream “I discovered animations and I will use ALL of them.” SO much for fancy graphical skills, but it shows how the UI is well laid out to let amateurs like myself do such things. It turns even the most boring meeting into a theatrical experience where bullet points somehow feel like plot twists, and adding a chart makes you feel 73% more professional instantly. What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

You open it with confidence, and five minutes later you’re locked in a battle with a text box that refuses to line up with anything, as if it has its own personal goals. Resizing an image somehow stretches it into a cursed funhouse version of reality, and moving one shape causes three others to mysteriously shift like they’re part of a secret union. Then there’s the font situation—why does changing one title suddenly transform the entire slide into something that looks like a school project from 2003? By the end, you’ve spent 40 minutes aligning things “perfectly,” only to present it and realize everything moved anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

Sometimes the sheet which I am working on shifts ups and downs, left and right and I have to center it. I would say the layout of PowerPoint is outdated, nothing has changed sinice I am using it ( almost 15 years). I have seen presentations created in Keynote and it was way better, but I have not much experience with MAC, so I an using PowerPoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
