"Captivating Presentations Made Easy with PowerPoint and Copilot"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

As an Mba student i find the microsoft powerpoint as a good tool to deliver an excellent captivating presentation and its ui is very attractive and understandable even to a beginner and its integrations made it easy to attach pics and co pilot is a game changer which is an intelligent use of ai in microsoft. The performance of the powerpoint is good and i never experienced any lag and i as a mba student definitely think powerpoint pricing and subscription model is apt and attractive. The support and onboarding of powerpoint can be said as one of the industry leading effort keeping as they had explainer tool and in app guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

I think co pilot needs an upgrade as it is struggling in understanding large prompts . Hallucinations are common but it needs to be upgraded and i think change in default templates will be a good powerpoint plus point as the default ones became outdated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless, Polished Presentations with Great Templates"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

What I like most about Microsoft PowerPoint is how easy it is to put together clean, professional-looking presentations with minimal effort. The built-in templates make it straightforward to get started quickly, and the graphics tools help my slides look polished, sharp, and visually appealing. I also appreciate that PowerPoint can export to Google Slides, which adds flexibility and makes it more convenient when I need to share a deck or collaborate with others. What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

One thing I don’t like is that the AI features could be more intuitive and genuinely helpful for everyday users. At times, I still end up spending quite a bit of time tweaking layouts, wording, and design choices, rather than having the AI handle those adjustments smoothly for me. "A Beginner-Friendly Tool for Clean and Professional Presentations"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

As a long-time user, this tool is really an easy and beginner friendly professional tool, where it offers freedom to create whatever you want. Its Designer feature is a must-try where you can simply add text and unedited photos onto a slide and its AI instantly creates a beautiful, clean and professional layout. This will help you save a lot of time and frustration for non-designers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

The WordArt tool can be helpful for creating visual texts for the presentation but its overuse seems flashy, difficult to read and unprofessional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PowerPoint’s Layout and Background Removal Tools Save Me Tons of Time"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

The layout options are a great tool that help me align specific text boxes or images easily. I also like the built-in picture formatting tool, where I can remove the background directly. It saves me a lot of time, especially since I use it often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

One thing I’d like PowerPoint to improve is the Designer tool. It might show options at one moment, but when I add some text or a picture and then try to find the same design again, it disappears. Sometimes the Designer tab gets disabled altogether. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, User-Friendly Presentations with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

The perfect integration with the M365 environment is necessary for my daily report generation. I particularly appreciate the feature of embedding Power BI live tiles and Excel data directly into my presentations. It enables me to do real-time data refreshment during stakeholder sessions without any manual intervention. The "Slide Master" feature helps maintain uniformity with respect to the brand's image among all global teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

When working with media-rich documents and presentations, the PowerPoint may lag severely. Moving through the hierarchy of slide masters is not intuitive either and causes many problems, such as formatting issues that are tough to sort out in global templates. While it's handy to use for simple changes, the online application cannot offer all the formatting capabilities as the offline version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Templates and Flexible Export Formats for Presentations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft PowerPoint?

It has templates, but they end up cutting off a major part of my work. When I’m working on a long presentation, it feels like it mainly just offers templates so you can put together a quick presentation in a very short time, rather than supporting everything I need for longer projects. That said, one of the best features I like about PowerPoint is its Present View feature, and PowerPoint also includes many tools that we can work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

It can sometimes feel boring or drag on if it isn’t designed properly. Technical issues, such as file corruption or crashes, can also happen and end up interrupting my presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My overall experience has been rewarding. I have used this to create learning cum presentation tools for new hire employment, meeting and business presentations and much more. The in-built templates are very useful and saves time as well. Customer support is good and this product is value for money even in today's world. The UI/UX looks smooth for day to day usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?

The only thing I can say that I dislike about MS PowerPoint is that sometimes I have issues with incorporating my own video or voice over into my power point presentation deck/slides which is sometimes required for training or on-boarding steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
