I honestly use PowerPoint most days of the week and even crafted an org chart with interactive navigation buttons (using Actions) for my company. **What do you dislike about Microsoft PowerPoint?** There are some features that require a lot of manual editing, specifically when using SmartArt and Charts. I also wish there were more options for those two available, as I have run into times when none of the graphs really work and I have to manually create one, or combine the SmartArt / Charts with shapes and lines. I'd love a way to set the default font the way Word has (to be fair, this could exist; I haven't searched for it for a while). Lastly, having a transparent background option would be fantastic; I tend to use InDesign for that, and having something similar in PowerPoint would be a time-saver. **What problems is Microsoft PowerPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's one of the best ways to convey anything visually. We've used PowerPoint for Keynote presentations, org charts, RTO planning, to create graphics by converting the slide to PDF and exporting the image, and to create numerous shared resources, among many other uses. It's very easy to use and learn, there are tutorials and support for everything, and it saves a lot of time when working to create something visually appealing, especially with their new templates. ### 14.
