It's useful in tackling email overload, missed actions, data scattered across different tools, and human errors in routine processes. It eliminates busy work, particularly the repetitive manual tasks that eat up my time and attention, and allows systems to communicate so I don't have to be the middleman. "Effortless Automation with Power Automate, but Debugging and Costs Need Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

Microsoft Power Automate makes automating routine tasks remarkably simple, even for those without extensive coding experience. I appreciate how smoothly it works with other Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams. The intuitive drag-and-drop interface, along with the available templates, makes it easy to get started right away. It has proven to be a significant time-saver for handling approvals, sending notifications, and keeping data synchronized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

At times, the flows may fail without providing clear error messages, which makes troubleshooting somewhat challenging. Additionally, performance tends to decrease when handling more complex workflows. The cost of licensing premium connectors can also become quite high for smaller teams. I think it would be very helpful if more advanced debugging tools were integrated into the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automation for Micro projects"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

The one major thing is No coding for automating my workflows. Like first I had to make followups manually, after i Make a process for following up with people on every wednesday, i started receiving feedback timely without relying on those manual feedbacks.

Second when i tried it with Power BI, As i am an LMS trainer i have to make sure everone fill out the feedback survey, but for that i have to regularly check who has completed it or who hasn't after i made the flows for people who have completed the LMS should receive the email with an feedback survey, its like awesome.

In short it helped me create those short workflows without much efforts & get most of my work automatically done in few of my projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

I don't really dislike anything about this, Its just i need to put some more efforts to build the complex workflows, Which needs more time. But since Co-pilot is integrated with Power automate i don't think so now it will be that much time taking while creating complex workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Automation That Saves Time and Reduces Errors"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

Its ability to automate repetitive tasks and connect different apps without writing any code.

This means you can:

Integrate tools like Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

And make them work together automatically — for example:

Send an email automatically when a new file is uploaded.

Move data from Excel to SharePoint.

Save email attachments to OneDrive automatically.

Send notifications on Teams when a certain event happens.

🎯 Main benefit: It saves a lot of time and effort and reduces human errors by doing repetitive work for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

Its complexity and limitations when dealing with advanced or large-scale workflows.

In other words:

It can be difficult for beginners to understand how to build and manage complex automations.

Some connectors and advanced features require paid licenses, which can be expensive.

Errors can be hard to debug, especially when many apps are connected.

Performance may slow down if the workflow involves large amounts of data or many steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless integration and an easy-to-use interface"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

What impresses and amazes me about Microsoft Power Automate is the seamless integration between all Microsoft programs, and this is a good thing. I also use the drag-and-drop interface, and the easy and uncomplicated code feature, which makes it easy to use even for those with a basic background. What I like most is the cloud-based automation, because it keeps things running even if the laptop is closed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

1- Error message and debugging: Sometimes the flow fails and the message is general, not specifying where the problem is. So I have to do troubleshooting to find out the issue. The latest update feels a bit heavy. The additions and premium features are very expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
