I am a new user to power automate so quickly learnt some basics using YouTube videos, and managed to sort out an automated process connected to a Microsoft form to confirm if they have gained a pass mark to generate and email a certificate via email and if not to just send an email, in a short space of time we have removed a manual process that the team had to do.

Can see us using it to automate other processes within the business as the process to create a new automation is a nice step by step process which is easy to follow.

Used customer support to understand which paid plan we would need which was extremely good value for the year and once that was set up our automations just run in the background without any issues, and they do all the steps so quickly! no waiting around for the email to come through, within 2mins of completing the training they get an email with a certificate confirming they have passed or not. its great!
