It saves time and effort, fitting naturally into daily work processes. I also like how flexible it is. You can start with simple workflows and gradually build more complex ones as your needs grow. The versatility of Microsoft Power Automate and the large number of available connectors really expand the possibilities. I love the visual interface and the guided steps that make it very simple to design and test flows. Additionally, the ease of connecting with tools from the MS365 ecosystem, such as Excel, Outlook, and Teams, and the almost immediate connection with the main integrated applications make the initial setup quite simple. Fast incident workflows. A failed CI run posts to Teams -\> one click opens a Power Automate “triage” flow that grabs logs, tags the right owners, and files a ticket with repro steps. It’s oddly satisfying. Run history that’s actually useful. Each step’s inputs/outputs are viewable, so I can spot a bad payload or header mismatch in seconds instead of spelunking through app logs. Human-in-the-loop made simple. Approvals and adaptive cards let QA/Product sign off on risky test data changes straight from Teams, no separate tooling. Desktop flows for legacy UIs. Exporting/importing Solutions works, but it’s not as natural as a Git PR for reviewing logic changes. Fragile desktop automations. Webhook from the pipeline triggers health probes, feature-flag reads, and a short happy-path run. If anything fails, the flow attaches evidence to an incident, no midnight guesswork. Unified notifications with context. Instead of five bots pinging, one flow compiles logs, last commit, responsible squad, and run URLs into a single adaptive card.
