"Streamlines Workflow with Seamless Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?

I use Microsoft Power Apps to build custom internal tools that streamline our workflow, especially for tracking project milestones. It helps eliminate manual work and Excel sheets by connecting all our data and projects in one place. The best part is how fast an idea can be turned into a working app. The drag-and-drop interface is useful, and it integrates well with other Microsoft tools that our team already uses every day. This allows me and my team to stay agile; we can build and tweak tools ourselves without waiting weeks for developers. It syncs great with Teams and Excel and fits really well with our processes. Getting started was pretty easy since it's already built into our Microsoft 365 environment, so the installation and setup process wasn't complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?

The licensing is a bit of a headache, it's sometimes confusing to figure out which plan covers what. The most confusing part is how adding a premium connector like SQL suddenly forces every user to have a higher license. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?

It gives you a lot of option to customise what you need. The integration with other Mictosoft apps is really amazing and gives a lot of possibilities. Also, you don't need hundreds of sites and accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?

It's not so user friendly in my opinion. It takes a lot of time to understand how it works and what you need to click to make it work. Some tutorial videos would be amazing to make it easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless App Creation, Perfect for In-House Use"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Apps?

I find Microsoft Power Apps to be one of the most useful tools from Microsoft for creating in-house apps to populate SharePoint Lists. It captures data cleanly for analysis and allows setting permission restrictions. I love that it offers easy app creation and is also easy for users to use. The setup was smooth, with easy download and installation, and I appreciate that it can also be used on the web with 100% functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Apps?

When an app is created from the Customize form option in SharePoint list, the app is only accessible through that route and not through the standalone Power Apps. This could be improved so that this app can be a starting point for another design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
