I built about a dozen apps within a week. It has a lot of features and integrates easily with Power Automate flows, Outlook, and other MS365 tools. To me, it feels like Figma with a bit of logic added in. It’s helped me automate many repetitive tasks. One thing I dislike about Microsoft Power Apps is that it can become complicated when apps grow larger and more advanced. While it is easy to start building simple apps, adding complex features often requires learning formulas and understanding different connectors, which can feel challenging for new users. Another issue is performance. Some apps can become slow when working with large amounts of data, especially if they are not optimized properly. Troubleshooting errors can also take time because the error messages are not always clear. Licensing can be another drawback. What I like most about Microsoft Power Apps is how quickly you can build custom applications without needing deep development experience. The low-code approach makes it easy to turn ideas into working apps, especially for internal use cases like tracking requests, managing data, or simplifying approval processes. One of the biggest advantages is the integration with other Microsoft services like SharePoint, Excel, and Teams. This makes it very convenient to connect data sources and create apps that fit naturally into existing workflows. For example, we’ve built simple apps to manage internal requests and track progress, which replaced manual processes and improved visibility across the team. I use Microsoft Power Apps every day for work. I appreciate that I don't have to be a developer to build something with it. The applications are user-friendly and offer business security that's easy to adopt, safe to scale, and trusted by users, management, and IT. The initial setup was very easy, and it significantly improves data accuracy and collaborations in my daily tasks. I would definitely recommend it, giving it a 10 on a scale for recommendation. I can use it to build apps easily without putting in much effort. I just have to drag and drop, and it creates the components quickly. It also provides seamless integration with other Microsoft apps like Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint. In our company, we’ve created multiple apps using Power Apps—for example, we used a timecard app to track working hours, and we also built a leave management system to manage leaves and location changes. Sometimes managing the logic gets complex when the data set is large. For example, we store our employee data in an app we created using Power Apps, which is integrated with a Microsoft Excel sheet, and managing the data in that sheet becomes complicated over time. I dont have to spend month to create apps using that complex coding languages now like html css and javascript. I can easily create apps just by dragging components. It also provide easy integration with other microsoft tools like excel, teams so I can easily manage data instaed of creating complex tables and learing complex database. It is also easy to learn and implement and it is also user friendly and new user can easily understand and can start creating apps without spending hours to learn and implement complex coding languages.
