"Keeping team tasks organized while maintaining momentum"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Planner?

One feature I rely on is Microsoft planner’s custom color labels—they let me organize tasks visually and instantly by priority, requirement, or area. Exporting to excel is equally strategic—I can analyze, track metrics, and compare performance. And with the calendar view, timelines become far clearer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Planner?

The lack of built-in views—like gantt charts—limits a clear timeline perspective, crucial when projects demand strict sequencing and well-defined phases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is seamlessly integrated with all Microsoft 365 apps, specially Teams, and helps in designing rich planning boards that have many features required to draw an efficient workflow planning. Both the mobile and web versions have a very good interface. The documentation is very good and solves almost every question in mind. We can save, pin and restrict access to plans across the organization which covers almost all features required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Planner?

Once I make some teams in Microsoft teams, it takes time to be imported to Planner. It is the same for other apps. The time lag if removed would make it much easier to handle everything dynamically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
