What I like most is how easy it is to organize work with it. I use it to track tasks, assign work, set due dates, and monitor progress without making everything feel complicated. The board view is straightforward, so I can quickly see what’s pending, what’s in progress, and what’s already completed. Because it’s part of Microsoft 365, it integrates smoothly with Teams and other Microsoft apps I use every day. That’s convenient, since I don’t have to jump between a bunch of different tools just to check tasks and updates. Overall, it’s a solid tool for keeping small projects and day-to-day work organized. I don’t have any major complaints overall, but I do think it could benefit from a few more advanced project management features. For straightforward task tracking it’s great, yet on larger projects with complex dependencies or a need for more detailed reporting, it can start to feel a bit limited. I’ve also found that digging up historical task information or generating in-depth reports isn’t as flexible as I’d like. Having a few more built-in reporting options would make a noticeable difference. Other than that, it’s easy to use and has worked well for my day-to-day task management. Rather than keeping task lists scattered across emails or spreadsheets, everything is in one place, so the team can easily see assignments, priorities, due dates, and overall progress. In day-to-day work, it’s especially helpful for planning activities, tracking what’s still pending, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Because everyone can view the status of tasks, communication is smoother, and there’s less need for constant follow-ups. The biggest benefit for me is the improved visibility. Planner helps me organise tasks and keep track of what I need to do. It’s very easy to flag emails in Outlook, and they automatically flow into Planner with a date and time tag for follow-up. I can add reminders and extra details, and Planner is integrated with other MS apps, which makes it easy to access wherever I’m working. The UI is intuitive and simple to navigate. Sometimes the reminders overlook the date and time I set and send notifications at random times. I love how Microsoft Planner is seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Teams and Office 365, making it easy to use and part of a competitively priced ecosystem. The integration is flawless, allowing tasks added from my mobile phone to appear immediately in the web experience. The ability to use it in a board format, customizing columns for different statuses and simply dragging and dropping tasks, lets me see at a glance where I stand. I also appreciate the feature that allows me to flag an email and have it automatically turn into a task on Planner. This helps me assign deadlines and notes easily. The mobile application is a bit not as advanced or as polished as the Web experience or the Microsoft Teams integration. I would like the mobile experience to be more user-friendly. For example, if you have 3 important meeting, special reports, a project with a deadline then this reminds you. You canplace the start date if task and the end date.
