I think the best feature of Microsoft OneNote is the flexibility and ease of use in organizing notes across different platforms. One thing I don't like about Microsoft OneNote is that, honestly, it's not quite that reliable at syncing, especially if you're one of those folks switching between a number of devices or working offline-those changes take slightly longer to sync across platforms.
