  ### 3. Multi-use Collaboration Tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassie H. | H, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

I love that OneNote allows you to track who has added information. The HR Department I work in has one shared and then one for each individual. We have weekly scheduled meetings- we are able to track and make changes to our To-Do lists between meetings and then look at it together once a week.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

I think that there is a larger learning curve to OneNote than I initially expected. Some of the items such as adding pages within a section and bringing up the text and formatting ribbons aren't necessarily intuitive, even with years of Microsoft Word use. I wish there were more premade templates available- they are either cheesy with pictures of notebooks in the corner or very minimal.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneNote:**

It is an excellent tool for bridging the gap between in-person meetings.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a collaboration dream tool! We love to utilize our department shared notebook for quick reference guides and tools. One thing that we have found very beneficial is making to-do lists and including 2 check boxes- one for the employee when they complete the item, and one for the supervisor when they have gone over the item with the employee.

  ### 4. OneNote is like an infinite message and information board for your team.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace R. | Design Trainee, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

OneNote is easy to keep all information together and easy to alter documents just by clicking on a tab and a cell. The documents also remain where they are, and don't get moved up or around depending on the last document that was edited.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

The only thing I have found that is a bit frustrating when using OneNote is that when altering pages and documents, it can be hard to tell if the changes were saved. I may just be paranoid, but sometimes I have to refresh the page, or renavigate to the same opage to see it the changes that I made have stuck and saved.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneNote:**

OneNote has been something quite new for me, but I appreciate the ease of use, and navigating between documents and information. If anyone is search for a program that accomplishes that, look no further.
Good luck on your business endeavors.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is one of the only programs like this I have ever used. I have used similar online document editors, but they never stay organized like OneNote. It is also harder to find documents, and edit them unless they are as organized as my team's OneNote is. This may be due to the way the leaders created the OneNote book, but if they were able to do, it must be rather easy to maintain and keep clean and orgainized.

My team has also found that it is easier to send training completion document to sign by posting it on OneNote instead of emailing the document from person to person. This also helps to make sure the document doesn't get lost or forgotten about, making the remaining team members wait.

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

Microsoft one note is an outstanding note taker and gives you much for free to use and utilize within it. It can be used for personal use, business use, school use, and keep home projects in order.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Microsoft one-note as it performs very well in all that I use it for, there is nothing that needs improvement as it works well with all it does as is.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneNote:**

Look at Microsoft's one-Note beyond business as it can be used for so many different things and it's very easy to use.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I make my lists using one-note for shopping for groceries, shopping for household, birthdays, and holidays. I can make a note of anything I need to remember to get at any time.

  ### 8. One of the best apps for keeping notes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

They have provided a very user-friendly interface and the notations such as notebook, sections, and pages makes it much easier to use the tool. Also it has a bunch of additional functionalities that allows the user to add pictures, audio, etc and even draw on the page. The best part is that one can create multiple notebooks for different activities that one wants to record/keep track of and even customize the notebook. Tags also helps me a lot in the classification of activities based on their priorities. It works seamlessly on my laptop as well as mobile phone and one can access his/her notebook even on the browser

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

So far, my experience with OneNote has been wonderful. However, I have found the number of illustrations in it to be limited, so if they can increase it to like what they have in word, it would be great!

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneNote:**

It usually is included within the Microsoft package that your organization purchases

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been using OneNote to keep track of my weekly activities and prioritize them. Besides these, I have found it to be quite helpful in noting the minutes of meetings, taking notes, along with adding diagrams or specific images. While one can also do this in word, Onenote allows me to keep the documents arranged within the application as if I were working on a notebook

  ### 9. OneNote saves your notes automatically

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie D. | Technical Support Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

OneNote does an incredible job taking the human error portion of saving your document out of the picture. It autosaves to either the default location, or you can manually set the location.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

If you do not set the save location manually it sets it in a somewhat confusing location.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Note sharing is a huge problem that this software has solved. In meeting the leader can have the shared notebook up on the screen and attendees can update their portion of the notes real time. All with annotations showing who updated what data.

  ### 10. Like an all-in-one Notebook

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

OneNote is very simple to use, and it can be an organized replacement for a notebook. I have used it to gather my sticky notes, replace paper with an e-notebook, consolidate meeting minutes, and so much more.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

The formatting options are limited, would be good to have more formatting options like in Word.
Sometimes the search can be a bit restricted.
Setting up templates can be a bit cumbersome.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneNote is very simple to use, and it can be an organized replacement for a notebook. I have used it to gather my sticky notes, replace paper with an e-notebook, consolidate meeting minutes, and so much more.

  ### 11. The best note taking program on a computer.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

If you know how to use Microsoft Word, you probably know how to use Microsoft Onenote as well. Similar to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Onenote is simple to use with an easy-to-navigate interface. As it names say, Microsoft Onenote is used for the purpose of taking note and it's doing well for it's job. The program allows the user to create books, chapters in the books, and small chapters within the chapter itself. This allows the user to organize their notes so it can be easy to search for or pull out. Moreover, the primarily function for taking notes is there. Microsoft Onenote also provide different type of bullet points such as checkbox which is so useful when used to track the tasks that are required to be completed.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

The only flaw that I dislike about Microsoft Onenote is the online sync. When notes are shared with many people, it's not as good. Not only that the program lags, sometimes, the program doesn't get updated. This might be an internet issue, but if so, how does Google Slides, Office, or Sheet is capable of doing what they are doing right now. If this could be improved, Microsoft Onenote would be taken into a whole new level. When I said that when notes are shared and edited by many people, I'm referring to only at around 10 people.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneNote:**

A very good note taking app that every organization should considers.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the name suggest, the problem that I can solved with Microsoft Onenote is the ability to take notes with it. Inititally, I used the notepad, but things easily get lost quick. Most importantly, it doesn't autosave which is tedious to do.

  ### 13. Onenote review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

It have different tab. I use to create different tabs for different purposes and within each tab i can create multiple pages. It have different text highlight features as well. I use it for notes keeping topic wise.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

I dislike that sometimes one text border overlaps with another text winodw. I have to manually drag and drop the text window to avoid the overlap. This overlap should be handled automatically by the software.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using it for notes keeping. The best thing is that it is available on different platforms, which makes it 24*7 available on any machine. What we need is just a username and password.

  ### 14. A good tool to organize ideas

**Reviewed by:** Rosanna Paberli J. | Business Analyst / Product Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

You can have notes organized by topics. There is no limit to creating notes. The tool is user-friendly, easy to use, and you can have it alongside your Microsoft suite.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

I have not been able to see options for a to-do list where the user can strike through, add reminders, or even assign these tasks.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organize ideas or notes for different topics.

  ### 15. Notes and imp thing in day to day life

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

The first feature i like most is segrigatuons of the notes and making as a book and adding all the pages to it,
Its having an feature like and professtional editing tool.
We can store the hyper links images and pinning the important page which u need the most.
Easy viewing of the contents created and segregations is much lot easier
Easy accessibility, not much knowledge is require like the training.
In the recent projects i have used it my meeting agenda tool where i make the presentation i used this tools to store the pitcure i take and making colums and row boxes ro take tgw data.and its eerve me like an digital note book with lots and lots of pages

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

Its does not provide the feature like if u recycle bin mistakenly deletes an page it wont store in bin
Its deletes permanantly
While other note apps provide this feature.
And storage it give is very less.
It wont have an extra layer security feature like other note apps provide in market.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneNote:**

Its the best app available in market fir tge quick notes to take and it has mlst advance featire than any other app in the market.
For the user who handled multiple thing s its the right app i recommend

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most faced problem is migfating from one device to other is much easier like u can store it in drive. Every note book u create can be store in clould which will be easy to share an accessing.
While i was dling in some project this was used to stire some pitcures and creating the tabular colums lije in xlsheets for reports of tge date
We store the mails directly as this is inregrated to other micro soft appli agions like outlook.

  ### 16. Very Simple Microsoft OneNote Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mujtaba B. | Resident Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

•	OneNote is completely incorporated into the One drive for Commercial group
•	OneNote be responsible for a safe space for data storage. If you are requiring to write the stuff then OneNote is the safest substitution.
•	The data will be well ordered in pages, segments, and sub-segments.
•	You're ready to send notes through email with a simple click.
•	The ability to create shared notebooks for collaborative data sharing is wonderful.
•	Shared notebooks can be added to your own notebook with a real-time synchronizing.
•	Will make it ready to add links to frequently used sites that can be opened with one click.
•	The OneNote books are stored up in the cloud and can be log on through mobile devices.
•	OneNote has a new feature for simple mathematical exercises that will calculate formulas while typed into a page.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

Microsoft OneNote is no doubt as easy as we expect to practice in the start, until the idea that how to write notes in it, as I know that number of people cannot shift themselves for practice on this tool due to this. The cloud version of the software - which can be added to Teams sites has restricted features and bit difficult to navigate. Certain talent affiliates had issues signing in as it should be while the notebook was shared. It will be a huge achievement if this version had more features or advanced. You can form templates for repetitive notes – such as meetings. Though, saving somewhat as a template isn't difficult to track down in the software. I continually have to look it up on the internet.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneNote:**

The OneNote is used for personal note-taking and drafting of shared notebooks for various types of groups and projects. Our group notebooks consist of segments for meeting notes, work guidelines, regularly used sites, and contact data. As a leader, I have divisions for future teams and project methodologies and staff pages for tracking of data and improvement in design.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneNote is an important software for all individuals who run businesses. It is handy, established, and practical. This product can store private information – such as passwords. This software can be very well utilized for collaborative works – for example, standard operating systems/techniques. The product is genuinely simple to utilize and much better than pencil and paper. While used for meeting notes, it can be highlighted with signs that can be accessed – such as thoughts or significant matters. The Outlook tasks can even be made on the fly.

  ### 17. Love One Note & It’s Ease of Use!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heide R. | Director of Marketing & Analytics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

I love the ease of being able to take notes with a quick click of a button, the organizing ability, that you can nest some notes under others, how quickly the program starts, and how easy it is to navigate between notes.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

There wasn't really anything that I disliked, but I have a few suggestions for OnNote! I do wish the font was a bit easier to navigate, and that the file-saving part of it wasn't so confusing. I also would like if you could show two or three rows of notes to make it easier to navigate!

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of having so many different topics going on at once for work (or even school, when I used to use it there!), and being able to jot notes about all of them in one easy place. There are so many positive benefits to this!

  ### 18. Great for organizing and saving notes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

I love that OneNote allows for me to organize my notes by subject notebooks and then further categorize via sections. These customization features have been really helpful in maintaining a sense of flow and organization. I also love that it automatically syncs all of my information, so I don't have to worry about losing my work if my computer crashes, and I can access my notes from other devices.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

I use my OneNote on Mac, and I wish that I could have the layout of the PC application where all of the tabs are on the top instead of on the left side.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneNote facilitates workflow and organization, it makes it easy to work from multiple places since everything syncs to the cloud, and it makes it easy to share notes as well.

  ### 19. One Central Location for all Notes!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

I like the it saves everything automatically. It is also very easy to share with others for collaboration. I use it for many things and have different notebooks for different teams.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

Sometimes there can be issues with the syncing if a notebook is shared with more than one person.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped to create a central location where the entire group can add their ideas or notes. We use to keep notes from our meetings so we can have one section just for that with different pages for each meeting.

  ### 20. I use one note for everything from brainstorming, to organizing meeting notes, and more.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

I love how I can categorize and organize exactly to my needs. And it's all easy to share with other team members.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

It's not as streamlined as other platforms like monday.com, etc.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's really easy to put notes and link a calendar meeting to one note.

  ### 21. Amazing product and Easy to use.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sufiyan M. | Customer Relations Advisor , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

The best feature that I like about one note is that we can copy text from the image easily.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

I dont dislike it very easy to use this product.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So, I mostly used this tool for keeping notes while working on client projects.

  ### 22. Highly Underrated app for Making Notes!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paryush J. | Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

I have used Evernote, Notion, Keep Notes and even Notepad++ for creating and organizing notes. But somehow none of these apps were solving my problem. Also everyone I ask just keep on suggesting these apps only. But just randomly I tried One Note one day and now there is no going back. I just loved to keep my note on OneNote only. Not sure why I have not seen many people using it but its a fairly very simple app which just solves the purpose.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

The only thing which I don't like about One Note is it does not have any Dark Theme. Especially in older versions. I am not sure about the latest verisons.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem I solved with this is the organization of Notes I use like 100 different types of small notes and organizing them becomes very easy with One Note.

  ### 23. Microsoft OneNote - keeping all your notes in one

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kjetil S. | Technical Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

You can save all your notebooks not just on your physical disk but most notably on the cloud. It gives you an option to open it on any other device when one is not available.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

There is nothing that I dislike about this application.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneNote:**

If you want to eliminate the hassle of writing down all your notes on paper all the time, Microsoft OneNote is for you.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to bring physical notebooks to meetings proves to be inconvenient nowadays. You'll end up having a pen, a notebook, and a mobile device (which most of us have) with you. Microsoft OneNote reduces that to just your mobile device, where you can write all your inputs.

  ### 24. Great organization tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachid F. | Financial Management Advisor / Conseiller en Gestion Financière, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

Microsoft OneNote is effortless to use. It allows users to store essential documents. What's even more noteworthy is the fact users can structure the documents using folders and subfolders. We have kept in OneNote all cheat sheets, current processes, and various instructions guides. It's easy to share papers and notes with colleagues. All you have to do is generate a direct link to the resource you would like to share. OneNote accepts most formats: images, tables, and graphs.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

It's essential to structure your documentation well. The tool can become quickly overloaded. The search function is good, but if users don't organize their documents, it becomes challenging to find what you're looking for.

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

Since MS OneNote is a fantastic organizer, I use OneNote as my primary note-taker. OneNote is indeed a perfect way of controlling my creativity and not just composing and storing texts. So several assets are available to generate new, vibrant notes also, and there is more customization available too. Onenote Cloud synchronization allows it to build and update my records on several devices, I only needed the internet to access my notes. You could generate bullet by clicking the Enter button, or you can make notes automatically. I love OneNote.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

Items ( notes , documents, media files ) are stored in a virtual cloud that links only if you have Microsoft account

  ### 27. Excellent tool to replace paper

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad W. | Independent Insurance Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

I enjoy being able to use this tool as a replacement for all the paper that used to be on my desk! Whenever a client calls I simply put the note in the program and I can easily forward the message to someone or take down information to be input into our Agency Management system later on.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

Sometimes the pages get a little bit jumbled and it becomes somewhat difficult to find my spot that I left off on. For example when I come back to the office after the weekend. Also it might be good to link directly with Outlook to send an email to someone (i.e. for voice messages, etc)

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneNote:**

If you are looking to get more organized and drive your office towards a more paper-less future, I would highly recommend OneNote as a great way of moving you and your organization in the right direction!

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminating paper notes and documents from my desk first of all has been the biggest problem for me that I have solved. Makes my desk much less cluttered and helps me stay more organized and on task throughout the day.

  ### 31. Effective note-taking system for teams.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janiece O. | Senior Product Manager, Customer Loyalty & Personalization, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

Along with its ease of use, OneNote features an intuitive interface and a clean layout. Because you can create sections, outline papers, and monitor tasks, you may use it to coordinate numerous projects and deliverables. Additionally, it enables users to conduct searches within specific accounts or notebooks and the entire document, if necessary. The site serves as my primary tool for tracking projects, recording notes during conferences, linking to further resources, and organizing many elements of my day-to-day work without the need to manage a number of documents.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

Occasionally, faults in the OneNote application can result in the appearance of a random "bug" or formatting mistake. These flaws are entirely contained within OneNote and are not evident in any other program or on your computer.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneNote:**

I've never used a more effective note-taking and organization system. If you intend to utilize it for business purposes, it is a magnificent pick. By contrast, if you're seeking something that can be accessed online and collaborated on by several people, I cannot remark on its suitability for these aspects.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneNote is an exceptional tool for coordinating and managing multi-part tasks. I avoid using it for comprehensive project documents that must be shared with other teams. Nonetheless, I use it to collect and store connections to additional resources as well as project trackers and keep anything I need close at hand and quickly accessible in an individual, easily manageable document.

  ### 32. Great for organizing notes, the platform could be improved

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

I like that you can have multiple notes books with multiple tabs and sub-tabs within each. I like the ability to add in links, pictures, tables, drawings, etc.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

It could use some improving while formatting. There is one column and no ability to add more without creating a table - which complicated things. You can't delete notebooks (at least I have not figured out how to do so). I also have one tab that I have renamed and it keeps going back to the old name; just frustrating.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is so nice to have my notes organized digitally. The ability to share and collaborate with others is nice too.

  ### 33. This is the most useful program for business

  ### 34. One giant leap for OneNote

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

The built in copy to clipboard functionality is way better than screen clipping. This enables a keyboard shortcut for taking screenshots very quickly on the fly.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

Exporting an onenote into another format can be a little messy. The program usually includes lots line breaks and empty space that wasn't intended. A pdf of just the page content would be great.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to record meeting notes, document processes between multiple environments, and take screenshots of end user errors. Having the visuals and text details makes things easier to comprehend.

  ### 35. Activities and Notes Super App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo R. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

It's super easy to use, it integrates with the Microsoft suite and outlook, it also integrates with the app in your phone and what you see is the same as in the desktop app

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

Everything good in the app at the moment. A suggestion could be to include some calendar type of thing.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Activities pending to do, tracking of projects, reminders, contacts, meeting minutes

  ### 36. Access your notes on any device

I liked the layout of One Note 2016 better than the new web version.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer have a desk covered with post it notes. I keep everything in One Note.

  ### 37. "Microsoft OneNote Review".

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

I like is most of the features of Microsoft OneNote which allow users to keep note of anything and not only that you can scan paper of note and save it on OneNote to review them afterward. It is very easy and effortless to track your work with it. It also allows users to work in teams to archive the best result for their work. In general, it's been an incredible and most amazing tool. It is by and large a wonderful experience utilizing the Onenote.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

Once in a while, it's elusive the notes you have saved, and bringing one more arrangement of reports into one note is regularly precarious, as it upholds just explicit formates.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneNote:**

Yes Recommended to anyone who keeps doing brainstorming this can help them to note the idea effortlessly.

**What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to take notes while preparing information for my organization and it allows me to take notes of the project so I can review them by chance if I forget anything I can just look for information on oneNote which i have noted down. Its been an extraordinary piece of my work to note down the raw information. I can easily share my notes with my teammates effortlessly.

  ### 38. It's ok but other note taking apps are better.

Notes can be created with different types of data, which is a beneficial feature. Our e-notes are stored directly in the cloud, so there is no need to keep them. With this program, we can create documents that are protected and secure. We can easily access our notes everywhere when we go to our Microsoft accounts. You do not have to go with any documents.

Onenote needs some new features like private note security. I think that would be a welcome addition.

I have not experienced any major dislikes with OneNote. Only downfall that I have experienced is that it relies on OneDrive, which is not great at times in terms of reliability and speed. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie B. | Project Coordinator II & Change Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote?**

The fact that it can be combined with a meeting invite and structure immediately who attended. You can write notes like it was a structure in Word without formatting it as it does it for you. I find it easy to construct meeting minutes and send them to the attendees in a group. I did that at another company for very high-level global meetings.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?**

When using OneNote in your personal library, it's easy to understand. When another colleague sets it up, especially on Sharepoint in a buried directory, it can get difficult to access. That was my only gripe when working Globally.

Great for note taking but leave your library in an easy to find location for others to access.
