The HR Department I work in has one shared and then one for each individual. We have weekly scheduled meetings- we are able to track and make changes to our To-Do lists between meetings and then look at it together once a week. **What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote?** I think that there is a larger learning curve to OneNote than I initially expected. Some of the items such as adding pages within a section and bringing up the text and formatting ribbons aren't necessarily intuitive, even with years of Microsoft Word use. My team has also found that it is easier to send training completion document to sign by posting it on OneNote instead of emailing the document from person to person. The program allows the user to create books, chapters in the books, and small chapters within the chapter itself.
