"Seamless Access and Collaboration Across Devices"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

What I like most about OneDrive is its seamless cloud storage and file sharing capabilities. As an Analyst, I can store reports, Excel sheets, and presentations securely and access them from any device. Real-time collaboration with colleagues is easy, and version control ensures that the latest file is always available. Integration with Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint makes file management and sharing smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

OneDrive sync can sometimes be slow, especially with large files or limited internet bandwidth. Conflicts occasionally occur when multiple users edit the same file offline. The desktop app may consume system resources during sync, and occasional interface updates take some time to get used to. File size limitations can also be a constraint for very large datasets. "Seamless Team Collaboration and Secure Cloud Storage with OneDrive for Business"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

Microsoft OneDrive for Business is a leading platform for data storage and file sharing. I have been using it daily for over five years and find it extremely reliable. Since I already subscribe to Microsoft 365, OneDrive is included at no additional cost, which adds great value.

Collaboration with colleagues is seamless, especially when working on office files. The platform is user-friendly and allows me to access my files from any device, anytime I need them. Implementation is simple and requires minimal setup. With basic configuration, cloud-based access, and automatic syncing across devices, OneDrive can be deployed quickly and efficiently.

One of the features I appreciate most is automatic file saving, which ensures my documents are always backed up. OneDrive for Business also integrates smoothly with other Microsoft products such as Office, Teams, and SharePoint, making it an essential part of my daily workflow. It is especially useful for sharing large files that are too big to send via email.

In addition, Microsoft's customer support has been excellent, providing detailed solutions whenever issues arise. Overall, Microsoft OneDrive for Business offers excellent value for money and has consistently met my expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

OneDrive for Business occasionally suffers from sync issues, leading to delays or conflicts in file updates. The interface, while generally user-friendly, can sometimes be confusing when managing large amounts of shared files and permissions. Integration with non-Microsoft products is not as seamless, which can be limiting for organizations using diverse software. Storage space, although generous, may still be insufficient for teams handling large media or project files. Additionally, some users report that customer support response times can be slow when resolving technical problems . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Collaboration Features, But Sync Performance Needs Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

I find Microsoft OneDrive for Business extremely practical because it allows for easy file sharing and synchronization. Its integration with Microsoft 365 supports real-time editing and co-authoring, which significantly enhances work efficiency. OneDrive also provides easy access and syncing across all devices (desktop, mobile, web), along with robust security, version history, and powerful features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

However, what I dislike the most is that the synchronization can be very slow and often experiences delays, especially when handling large files. There are also performance issues during these processes. Even when I delete files during syncing, they remain in the recycle bin and OneDrive does not automatically sync or empty the recycle bin. Sometimes sync issues happen, especially when working offline or with large folders containing many files. Resolving sync conflicts can be confusing and time-consuming. "OneDrive Is the One!"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

I like the fact that I can share documents with as many or as few people in my organization (or outside) as I want. I enjoy the complete control over anything uploaded. We find that it is a great, secure way to share somewhat sensitive materials internally and externally. OneDrive is easy to use, and it was easy for us to set up as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

It can be somewhat cumbersome to add new users, and properly share documents and folders with them. You can invite any email address, but then they need to create a user account, if they don't already have one. It takes more time than it should. Once you've figured this out, though, it's pretty self-explanatory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless, Secure Real-Time Collaboration with OneDrive"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

I love receiving automatic updates when files change, OneDrive keeps me looped in without needing constant check-ins or status calls. sharing is effortless and secure now. I can collaborate with internal teammates or external partners and easily control access with view only or edit permissions. Working together in real time feels fluid. multiple people can edit a document at once and it is incredibly satisfying to see changes appear instantly. Being able to revert to earlier versions or understand who made which updates gives me confidence that nothing important will ever be lost. That's why version history is a lifesaver. "Streamlined File Management with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

I like how Microsoft OneDrive for Business seamlessly integrates with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Real-time co-authoring, automatic version history, and easy file sharing make collaboration simple and efficient. Real-time co-authoring lets multiple team members work on the same document simultaneously, speeding up collaboration without waiting for handovers. Automatic version history provides a safety net, allowing us to track changes over time and revert to previous versions if needed, which reduces stress and saves time. Easy file sharing removes the friction of sending and managing files by letting us instantly share a secure link and control document access. OneDrive for Business is tightly integrated with tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Office apps such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, which facilitates seamless collaboration and content management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

While Microsoft OneDrive for Business is generally reliable, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sync issues can occasionally occur, especially when handling large files or working across unstable internet connections, which can cause delays or confusion. The occasional sync issues and permission complexity prevent it from being a perfect 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
