The ability to collaborate with my team to get a large project completed and see the updates being made real-time. It's extremely helpful to build out for example an excel spreadsheet that will contain a list of our lenders and maintain the contacts and such. Also it's great to use the Shared Drive to save information when we have our condo projects coming up to close and to share with our lending partners the ability to view and download these documents that do not fit into emails. I'm still learning more each and every day about the abilities of the software and how to do lists and all. Personally, I sometimes have user errors on certain softwares and I have struggled to fix mistakes I've made or I'm slower to figure out formatting. The Microsoft AI is not all that helpful to help me figure out those things and I do wish I would be more helpful since I sometimes do not know how I accidently did something. In Experian, I save all my documents and files in OneDrive, and it updates automatically, so there’s no need to update anything manually in OneDrive. I use OneDrive for Business every day, and what stands out most is how effortless it makes storing, finding, and sharing files. I can access my documents from anywhere and pick up right where I left off, whether I’m working from the office or remotely. The integration with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and the rest of Microsoft 365 makes collaboration smooth, especially when multiple people need to work on the same document in real time. Automatic syncing and version history have saved me more than once when I needed to recover an earlier version of a file. The platform also provides 1 TB of storage per user and supports large file uploads (up to 250 GB), which is more than enough for my work needs. What I dislike is that sync issues and permissions can get confusing, when something doesn’t update or access breaks, it’s hard to tell what went wrong, and fixing it isn’t always intuitive. With everything kept in one place, backed up, and easy to share, I don’t waste time hunting for documents or worrying about which version is the right one. Microsoft OneDrive for Business is a great product for storage and working on Word files online. The ability to collaborate and edit Word documents directly in the browser is seamless and saves a lot of time. The share feature is also excellent — sharing files and folders with team members is quick and straightforward, which has greatly improved our team collaboration. The main downside is that uploading files can sometimes take a little longer than expected, which can be a bit annoying, especially when trying to upload larger files. I like how Microsoft OneDrive for Business solves my file sharing problems. I can easily share files with my coworkers, which is really helpful. I'm surprised and pleased that it syncs files automatically over different devices. I also like the version feature that allows me to retrieve previous versions and see who edited the file last time.
