It provides cloud storage across multiple devices and platforms, along with compatibility within the Microsoft environment. The most useful feature for me is how well it aligns with Microsoft Teams for work, as well as how it lets me store resources related to meetings. It also works smoothly with the Microsoft suite—Excel, Word, OneNote, etc.—so everything is stored in one place and stays accessible on the go across devices and platforms. I also like the quick access and the way it integrates with File Explorer, extending storage quietly in the background while still providing great utility. What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business? As long as you stick to the Microsoft environment, it works okay. It doesn’t extend well to other work systems, and it isn’t as versatile as Google Drive. The free tier only provides 5 GB. It’s fine for free, but there are better storage options. In terms of utility, it has weaker data privacy compared to Google, and I’ve also run into some sync fallouts. Sometimes it’s buggy and slow, not as fast as Google Drive and the Google suite. Cloud storage that lets me save directly from File Explorer to the cloud. I like that games and their save files can automatically save to Documents in Drive. It’s easy to access for the most part. What I like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business is how seamlessly it integrates with the rest of the Microsoft ecosystem. Since a lot of businesses already use Outlook, Teams, and Office apps, it makes storing, sharing, and collaborating on files pretty convenient without needing extra software. I also like that files sync automatically across devices and that sharing permissions are fairly easy to manage. That said, I wouldn’t say it’s perfect. The sync issues can occasionally be frustrating, and the interface can feel a little clunky compared to some other cloud storage platforms. I find it very convenient that Microsoft OneDrive for Business helps in organizing all the resources together and allows team members to access them easily. It's perfect for teamwork because if a new employee joins or someone needs to learn about our work, we can just share the folder with them. I appreciate being able to access marketing and learning resources directly without having to reach out to our designer. As a marketer, when preparing the content calendar for the month, it’s great to check it on OneDrive. I like how easy it is to share resources like blogs, social media graphics, Word documents, Excel, and PowerPoint files with the team, allowing our manager to review and approve them. I use Microsoft OneDrive for Business primarily to store project files, share documents with my team, and keep my work synchronized across my laptop and office computer. One feature that has been especially useful is Version History—it has helped me recover earlier versions of Excel and Word files after accidental changes, which has saved me from redoing work. I also rely on Files On-Demand, so I can see all my files without using local disk space until I actually need them. Since OneDrive is tightly integrated with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, sharing and co-authoring documents is seamless, and I no longer have to email multiple copies of the same file. Sync performance has been reliable for normal office documents, although very large folders can sometimes take longer to synchronize.
