One Drive solution help us to keep our document secure and organized. we have multiple folders on cloud where we can store our all important files once we need. our desktop and some folders on our system has been synced with one drive and all the time incremental data has been uploaded into my user storage. we can share large documents and if required we can also share full folder with my team mates. It is always good to have a backup of your files and as soon as I hit save if I'm connected to the internet it saves the files to my MacBook and to the company cloud and I can easily share my files later by just going to the web version and assigning permissions to the person I want to share the file and since it is fully integrated with Office I can not forget to save since it autosaves. Really good for Office files especially PowerPoints and Words but not great for any other kind of file and assigning permissions is harder than other systems like Box, if I have to share a lot of files I would pick Box unless the files were already on my OneDrive.
