Uploading files is as simple as drag-and-drop, and sharing access with people or accounts—whether within the organization or outside it—is straightforward and easy. Because of its ecosystem, it integrates directly and seamlessly with other Office suite applications such as Outlook and MS Teams, where you’re able to browse directly through those applications into OneDrive. Compared with other similar solutions, I believe that because Microsoft servers are widely available, upload and download speeds tend to be faster, which is always a plus. The recent integration of their AI model CoPilot is amazing; being able to search across the entire suite with just one search bar is a real time-saver. The support you get from Microsoft is very good as well. Most things can be done via the 365 ADMIN portal, and there are tons of walkthroughs for it.
