It's easy to use, can be tempalitized, easy to export and maintain the critical paths. Also it's integration with Microsoft and few Non Microsoft products. Another issue is it's financials which is integrated with MS office hence organisations are hesitant to buy. I suggest it should be a web based product and available for users freely within limits.
