Being able to write code and directly insert it into BC, without having to go through implementing/consulting partner. This allows for us to make faster and cheaper upgrades or fixes to our system.

After an order is fully invoiced, the order document itself is deleted and sent to an archive. With how the archive works, it is more of a pain to track down the difference between a Sales Order and the corresponding invoice.
