I'm a daily user, both in front and back end. I've implemented everything a Small/Med Size business could need, and rarely depended on a service provider to make-sense of what I was doing. Migrating our previous systems to this platform would've been impossible without the Service Providers available for the product. Being a Microsoft product, the ecosystem of instant-connections like Power Automate, Power BI, and the extensible API within BC itself, have all made Business Central work with our business very effectively. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?** There is not much to dislike. Unlike other ERP's, Business Central relies on an intentional action-and-effect process for most workflows in a business. Because of this, user errors are almost always visible and hard to hide. **What problems is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solving and how is that benefiting you?** Business Central has tied in 3 Shopify stores, an EDI platform, a previous business history, and over 60 employees to conduct a multi-million dollar business. In addition, our highly regulated market requires us to be able to customize our system exactly as we require it.
