It gives you actionable information. Which heatmap means what? What is the user most probably doing at a given section and a small tidbit on the same as well. The recent updates on editable sections are insightful as well. I'm able to map out not just which sections my users are spending more time on but what per cent (compared to other sections) are they spending time on. The best parts are 1. It's free 2. GDPR Compliant 3. Can integrate easily with Google Analytics 4. Has good UTM tracking mechanisms (thanks to GA integrations) tells you which user came from where and help diagnose good issues. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Clarity?** While Microsoft clarity is great, it is more or less a basic version compared to such analytics. It also lacks important features such as audience segmentation, error reporting and most importantly, goal-based funnel analysis. **What problems is Microsoft Clarity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Right now some of the biggest problems that Microsoft clarity has helped me with is by doing funnel analysis. It could have more features and the ability to help troubleshoot sessions right within Clarity. **What problems is Microsoft Clarity solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps with UX and UI improvements by understanding how users navigate through our website. This data helps improve our conversions and get validation on improvements. ### 3.
