"Centralized App Control and BYOD Security with Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management?

What I like best about Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management is the centralized control it provides over application deployment and security across devices. The ability to apply app protection policies without full device enrollment is especially valuable, as it helps protect corporate data while supporting BYOD scenarios. Integration with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access makes it easier to enforce security and compliance, and managing apps from a single console improves efficiency for IT teams. The main drawback is the complexity of configuration and the learning curve for new administrators. Some policy settings are not always intuitive, and troubleshooting app deployment or policy conflicts can take time. Reporting and logging could also be more detailed and user-friendly to speed up issue resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management?

Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management is its ability to centrally control, secure, and manage enterprise applications with minimal operational overhead. It provides strong integration with Microsoft Entra ID for conditional access, consistent policy enforcement across devices, and seamless deployment of applications without relying on traditional on-prem tooling. This significantly improves security posture, simplifies application lifecycle management, and reduces complexity for both IT teams and end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management?

Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management is its limited flexibility for complex or non-standard application scenarios, particularly for legacy applications and highly customized enterprise workflows. Troubleshooting can be opaque due to limited diagnostic visibility, and policy propagation delays can impact deployment timelines. Additionally, advanced configurations often require deep dependency on other Microsoft services, which can increase complexity in hybrid or multi-platform environments. "Reliable Device Management, Setup Hurdles for Beginners"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management?

I use Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management for managing and securing mobile devices, which is particularly helpful for ensuring employees can access work apps securely. I love the remote management feature and how quickly I can apply security policies to all devices. The integration with Azure Active Directory allows us to enforce policies based on user roles, making it easier to ensure compliance and protect sensitive data. It seamlessly integrates with other Microsoft services like Office 365, making managing devices much easier and saving time while reducing errors. This integration makes switching from another mobile device management solution worthwhile for its advanced security features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Intune Enterprise Application Management?

One thing that could be improved is the compatibility with some third-party apps. Sometimes integrating non-Microsoft apps can be a bit tricky and it requires extra steps to make sure everything works smoothly. Also, the setup process can be a bit overwhelming for beginners especially when managing large numbers of devices. I think one area that could be improved is the user interface for setting up complex policies. Sometimes it feels like there are too many steps to get everything right especially for new users. It would be great if Microsoft could make the process a bit more intuitive and easier to navigate for beginners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
