The best thing about MS forms is that it is easy to use and customise. The questions can have splits into them - i.e. based on the responses of the user, the questions to be shown to them can be decided. Also, since this is a part of the MS suite of products, we at an Org level need not go for another third party tool for survey pusposes. Also, gathering responses in an Excel format makes it easy to collect the data and analyze, in addition to the basic analysis that the Form offers. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?** Nothing to disklike in the software, in particular, as it is easy to use and understand both for the survey maker and the survey user. Some improvements can be made to the UI and sharing mechanisms of the survey.
