I think that the functionality within O365 makes it easy to copy and paste information. There is seamless integration from Forms surveys and Microsoft Teams for meetings. I find it difficult to edit and modify a previously used survey when I want to create a new one. I find it often changes the one I am trying to duplicate and then edit. I like how easy it is to create and customize forms for what we are thing to do. We can add them to emails or landing pages and it gives us a better way to connect with our customers. It's a very simple form with minimal functionality. The branching feature can use some improvement. Also, questions should have the ability to have options and an additional section for adding comments to the question. You have to create a separate "question" for users to add comments. I like how Forms integrates seamlessly with the rest of Office 365. It's easy to kick off and it automatically points to office products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms? The government version especially is maddeningly short on features. It doesn't allow email directly to a specified email address when forms are submitted. You cannot edit the email address the forms are collected into. You have to go into the Forms product to check for submissions. What problems is Microsoft Forms solving and how is that benefiting you? We used Forms to collect feedback from our employees on how they liked the new Intranet. It worked fairly well for that and is good at anonymising responses, but again we were frustrated we could not direct responses to an email box to check them as they came in. It's easy and intuitive, which is great, but doesn't have a lot of extra features I have seen in other Form builder softwares like JotForm or even Google Forms. I like that multiple people in my organization can view the same form. I also appreciate the export option that puts it into an excel spreadsheet for easy analytics. I wish there was a more attractive way to share. i.e., when opting to email the survey link, all it does is post a link to the email. I wish it were a graphic that matched the theme to be a bit more eye catching. It would also be cool if surveys could be set to send on particular dates. For example, we use this after events. It would be nice if I could have the survey and recipients set up, and it would automatically be sent at the completion of the event.
