What do you like best about Microsoft Entra ID?

If you can figure out how to set it up and admin it, it's nice that users sign in with their same email credentials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Entra ID?

Everything. Microsoft markets Azure AD to SMBs like crazy but you need an entire IT department just to understand and set it up. Way too complex for any company with less than a few hundred employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Entra ID solving and how is that benefiting you?
