I've only had one issue with this. When set up through the company I work for, the app does a routine monthly re-sign in process to ensure that it's not just automatic (for even more protection and safety); however, with this process, I was unable to login to the authenticator app, which is connected to my signing process for my outlook and other work-related things because they require the use of authenticator. Anyways, I had to contact IT to reset my app so I could log in successfully with the use of the Authenticator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
