The most painful part of Azure AD is using Azure AD. Not only is it super confusing, it breaks often, and stuff seems to stop working all the time, but the support honestly...sucks. Our IT team was down for months because Azure AD didn't want to play nice, and none of our applications would download from Intune when Azure AD was logged onto the PC. The support took forever to tell me that we actually just needed to buy the Azure AD premium, and that was the issue.
