While I am a Microsoft Azure Active Directory fan, there are a few limitations with features only available with certain level licenses. This restriction can make some tasks a bit tedious. It works completely with Microsoft Office 365. Setting it up on cell phones can be a challenge. Once installed and integrated with the user's Microsoft account it works very well. It is hopelessly old school, there may be items that complete break your setup but if they do not effect enough of their users they are never going to fix them. I love the ability for us to sync between Azure AD and onprem AD. We are running a Hybrid environment because we still have certain tools that run onsite. If you don't have that, you could switch to completely Azure AD and move your identity and auth and no longer need to maintain that op-prem infrastructure.

We've been moving most of our cloud tools and web apps over to SSO using SAML and Azure AD has been invaluable for that. Adding an additional layer of security and ease to platforms that may not have things like 2FA or conditional access themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found the Microsoft Authenticator simple and easy to use. When I used a connected program that required 2-factor authentication, I usually just had to open the App, get a code from the authenticator, and put it back in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
