With Entra ID, I love its ease of integration within the Office 365 products as we use that here on a day-to-day basis. It makes making accounts and monitoring them so much easier and more effective Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue I have seen with Entra ID is you have to make sure you have the available license for what you are trying to do within it, which really is not a negative, just something you have to be aware of and also what i would like to see is the avalibility to integrate more with accounts created on the on premise side of things for example being able to add to certain groups or distros created on premise whic is not always avalible right now unless they are created in the 365 cloud Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
