The constant need to sign in and re-sign in was cumbersome, especially with multiple accounts that made it unclear which to use. This created many user issues and a general lack of ease in using the software. We eventually stopped using it due to its non-intuitive nature. Integrating it with other software was also unsuccessful due to the same usability challenges.
