Since we're talking about ecosystems, my question for Microsoft is, "Why did you ruin the original Edge by going into Google's Ecosystem, i.e., Chromium?" Chrome is a terrific browser, but I have issues with Google when it comes to privacy, which is crucial. And the old Edge had a fantastic experience on Surface devices; the touch input and the design were so much for touch, which is no longer the case once they converted to Chrome. The live scribble function, which allows you to use your pen to draw on web pages, is no longer available, as are many other features. In a nutshell, I despised most about Edge at the time of writing because it is not touch-friendly on Windows. Another example is Android, which is OK because Chrome or Chromium is designed for Android.
