## Microsoft Edge Reviews
 ### 1. Fast, Reliable, and Feature-Rich Browser for Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karuppusamy V. | Technical Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

What I like most about Microsoft Edge is that it has become much faster and more reliable than it used to be. I use it every day for work, especially when I have multiple tabs open for documentation, cloud portals, GitHub, emails, and dashboards. Compared to several years ago, Edge feels lightweight and handles memory much better.

One of the biggest advantages is its integration with Microsoft services. Signing in with a Microsoft account, syncing bookmarks, passwords, history, and settings across devices works seamlessly. Since many organizations use Microsoft 365, Azure, and other Microsoft products, Edge fits naturally into that ecosystem.

I also appreciate that it's built on Chromium. Most websites work without compatibility issues, and I can install almost any Chrome extension without problems. That means I get the compatibility of Chrome while still benefiting from Edge-specific features.

The built-in productivity features are genuinely useful. Vertical tabs make it easier to manage large numbers of open tabs, Sleeping Tabs help reduce memory usage, Collections are helpful for organizing research, and the integrated PDF reader is surprisingly good for reviewing documents without needing separate software.

The security features also stand out. Microsoft Defender SmartScreen, password monitoring, tracking prevention, and security alerts provide additional confidence while browsing, especially when accessing unfamiliar websites.

Another feature I've grown to like is the AI integration through Microsoft Copilot. It can quickly summarize long articles, answer questions, and assist with writing, which saves time during research. Having AI built directly into the browser is convenient instead of constantly switching between different applications.

Overall, Edge strikes a good balance between performance, security, productivity, and compatibility. It feels like a browser designed not only for everyday browsing but also for professional work, and it's become my primary browser because of that.

If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to make some of the built-in features less intrusive. Occasionally, Edge promotes Microsoft services or displays prompts encouraging users to try new features. Giving users more control over those recommendations would make the experience feel cleaner. I would also like to see even better memory optimization for extremely heavy workloads with hundreds of tabs and more consistent AI capabilities across all regions.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

Overall, I like Microsoft Edge, but there are a few things that could be improved.

The biggest issue for me is that Edge sometimes feels like it's trying too hard to promote Microsoft's ecosystem. I occasionally see prompts encouraging me to use Bing, set Edge as my default browser, or try Microsoft services that I'm not interested in. While I understand why these recommendations exist, they can make the browser feel more cluttered than necessary.

Another area that could be improved is the number of built-in features. Edge includes AI tools, shopping, rewards, gaming, wallet, VPN, sidebar apps, and many other features. While some users may find these useful, I only use a small percentage of them. I would prefer a simpler experience where I can easily disable features I don't need without digging through multiple settings.

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Edge solves several everyday problems that I face while browsing, both for personal use and at work.

One of the biggest problems it solves is productivity. I often work with many websites open at the same time, such as cloud platforms, documentation, emails, dashboards, and development tools. Features like Vertical Tabs, Tab Groups, and Sleeping Tabs make it much easier to organize my work and reduce memory usage, so my computer stays responsive even during long work sessions.

It also solves compatibility issues. Since Edge is built on Chromium, almost every website and Chrome extension works without any problems. I don't have to worry about whether a website will load correctly or whether an extension I rely on will be supported.

Security is another major benefit. Browsing the web always carries some risk, especially when downloading files or visiting unfamiliar websites. Features like Microsoft Defender SmartScreen, tracking prevention, and password monitoring help reduce those risks and make me feel more confident while browsing.

Edge also helps reduce the need for multiple applications. For example, the built-in PDF reader lets me review and annotate documents without installing separate software. Similarly, integrated AI features like Copilot can summarize articles, explain technical concepts, and help draft content, which saves time and reduces context switching.

Since I use Microsoft services such as Outlook, Microsoft 365, and sometimes Azure, the browser integrates well with my work environment. Signing in once and having bookmarks, passwords, history, and settings synchronized across devices makes it easy to switch between my laptop and other devices without losing my workflow.

Overall, Edge helps me work more efficiently, browse more securely, and stay organized. Instead of spending time managing tabs, switching between applications, or dealing with compatibility issues, I can focus more on my actual work. While there are still areas that could be improved, the browser has become a reliable productivity tool that saves time and simplifies daily tasks.

 ### 2. Seamless Microsoft Integration and a Simple, Easy-to-Navigate UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer A. | Independent Financial Professional, Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

the login feature helps maintain seamless integration across Microsoft platforms accessed online through Edge's browser. The user interface is super simple and visually easy to navigate all sorts of tasks. For example, when you click a hyperlink in an outlook email, the browser opens with a side window of the email within the browser window. Super helpful when you need to go back and forth between the referenced email and the site(s)

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

Some applications used on some work platforms aren't very compatible with Edge.

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have lots of emails, reports, and virtual webinars and meetings to register and make sense of. The browser remembers the data I used for registrations on the same sites, the M365 platforms are seamlessly synced, and AI is readily available for assistance at any time. Troubleshooting acess or security settings has been super easy with AI assistance tools. With M365 integration I don't need to have so many windows open nor do I need to click back and forth between windows because the activity is either consolidated within tabs on Edge or, the relevant applications automatically come to the front view with a simple click within Edge.
Loading times are quick so there is no interruptions in performance and processing various tasks.

 ### 3. Fast, Smooth, and Organized Browsing with Microsoft Edge

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nidhi M. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

I really love how fast and smooth Microsoft Edge feels, even when i have dozens of tabs open at the same time. The vertical tabs feature is a game-changer for me because it keeps my browser organized and clutter-free.I also frequently use the built-in Copilot AI in the sidebar to quickly summarize long articles and answer questions. Plus, it uses noticeably less computer memory than other browsers, which helps my laptop battery last longer.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

While Microsoft Edge has improved a lot, I dislike how cluttered the interface can feel with aggressive promotions for features like shopping coupons, news feeds, and bing rewards. It can also be frustrating how persistently Windows tries to pus Edge as default browser, even after you have chosen a different preference. Additionally, some of the built-in sidebar widgets and tools feel unnecessary and can make the browser look bloated if you don't take the time to manually turn them off.

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Edge solves the problem of high memory usage that usually slows down my computer when I have too many tabs open. Its efficiency mode and tab-sleeping features benefits me by keeping my system running fast and extending my laptop's battery life. Additionally, the built-in Copilot sidebar saves me time by instantly summarizing long documents and web pages without requiring me to open a seprate app. This combination of performance and built-in AI tools makes my daily workflow much smoother and more organized.

 ### 4. Fast and Lightweight, but the Default Experience Feels Cluttered

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prayag S. | Web Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

What I like best about Microsoft Edge is how fast and lightweight it feels on Windows. It handles multiple tabs really well, uses less memory than Chrome in my experience, and comes with genuinely useful built-in features like vertical tabs, split screen, sleeping tabs, and a great PDF reader without needing extra extensions.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

I don't like how Microsoft keeps adding extra features and AI integrations that I never asked for. The browser can feel a bit cluttered out of the box, and it takes a few minutes to turn off the things I don't use. Once that's done, it's great, but I wish it came with a cleaner default experience.

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the biggest issue I had with Chrome, which was high memory usage when I had a lot of tabs open. Edge manages resources much better, so my laptop stays responsive even during long work sessions. Features like sleeping tabs, vertical tabs, and the built-in PDF reader also mean I don't have to install a bunch of extra extensions or apps to get things done.

 ### 5. Edge Keeps My System Snappy with Sleeping Tabs, Sidebar Apps, and Copilot

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Koushik M. | Article Assistant, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

Edge is great for keeping your system from lagging, mainly because the Sleeping Tabs feature frees up memory by freezing background pages. The sidebar is also highly practical, since it gives you quick access to Outlook and Excel without constantly switching back and forth between heavier desktop apps. On top of that, it has a solid built-in PDF viewer and Copilot integration, which makes it easier to organize tabs vertically and quickly scan or summarize dense financial documents and study material directly in the browser.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

Edge can feel pretty cluttered right out of the box, since it comes loaded with lots of news feeds and shopping widgets that you have to turn off manually. The frequent pop-ups nudging you to change settings or try new Microsoft features can also get annoying, especially when you’re in the middle of a task. On top of that, switching between multiple work and personal Microsoft accounts sometimes glitches, which can temporarily interrupt your workflow.

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Edge solves the constant issue of background tabs draining your device’s memory, so your laptop stays fast and responsive even when you’re running heavy data tools or accounting software at the same time. It also cuts down on screen-switching fatigue by bringing essential work apps, like email and spreadsheets, directly into the browser sidebar for quicker coordination. Finally, it helps with the headache of information overload: instead of scrolling endlessly through massive technical guidelines or study PDFs to find a specific clause, you can use the built-in AI to scan and summarize the exact information you need in seconds.

 ### 6. Easy-to-Use, Free Browser with Great Bing Search and Microsoft Rewards Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew W. | Sales Administration Support, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

Interface is easy to use. Also, I like how it's integrated with Microsoft Rewards so you can see your points balance. It's also good that it is free. The search using Bing has improved greatly over time as well. Also the copilot search integration makes things like product comparison or pricing comparison very quick. No performance issues as well, I've never had it crash.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

It's automatically installed in new Windows PCs and sometimes I might like to use another browser. Also it's usually set as the default and sometimes I like to search using other engines.

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to streamline the work microsoft account and sync data from search and files with my 365 like searches, passwords etc. It saves me time from having to look for a page that I saw a few days ago as it saves my progress. This is important to me as I often have to re-visit vendor sites for product information and specs.

 ### 7. Experience with My Daily Browser for Work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Balram T. | Associate Consultant (AI/ML), Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

Microsoft Edge for Business is that it is the browser I use all my workday. I use it for accessing company portals like share-point, teams, outlooks, Microsoft 365 applications, internal tools, documentation, and web-based applications, so it is almost always open on my laptop.

I make regular use of work profiles, which helps me keep work-related browsing separate and stay signed in to the right accounts.

Apart from tab it’s has features like collections or group which help us to group tab together which are related.

Another thing I use is the built-in Microsoft Copilot integration. I always use it to summarize information, get quick explanations, help draft content, and sometimes even assist with small coding-related questions while working. Having it available directly in the browser is easy for me because I do not need to switch between different applications.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

There is not much I dislike about Microsoft Edge for Business because it has worked well for my daily use. If I had to mention something, it would be that when I have a very large number of tabs open then sometimes it is difficult to get the correct tab open in front and icons get too small.

I have also noticed that after some updates, a few settings or options move to different places, so it takes a little time to find them again. These are not major issues, but I think it could be easy.

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Edge for Business helps me keep my work activities organized and secure in one place. I use it to access Microsoft 365 applications, company portals, internal tools, documentation, and other websites required for my daily work.

The work profile feature is especially useful because it keeps my work accounts, bookmarks, history, and settings separate from personal browsing. This makes it easier to stay organized and avoid mixing personal and work-related activities.

I also use the built-in Copilot features for quick research, summaries, explanations, and content drafting. Instead of switching between multiple tools, I can get the information I need directly in the browser. Overall, it helps me work more efficiently and spend less time moving between different applications.

 ### 8. Fast and Reliable Browser for Everyday Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad O. | Salesforce Business Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

What I like most about Microsoft Edge is how fast it feels and how easy it is to use. I use it every day for browsing, work, and general web searches, and it handles all of that smoothly. It also integrates well with Windows and includes useful built-in features, which saves me from having to install too many extra tools. Overall, it has been a reliable browser for me.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

What I dislike about Microsoft Edge is that it can sometimes feel a bit cluttered due to the number of built-in features and recommendations. Now and then, I also see prompts encouraging me to use Microsoft services, which can be distracting. It’s not a major issue overall, but I’d prefer a cleaner, more streamlined experience with fewer suggestions enabled by default.

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Edge helps me handle everyday work and browsing without needing to rely on multiple tools. It loads websites quickly, manages tabs smoothly, and makes it simple to find information online when I need it. Features like the built-in PDF viewer, collections, and syncing across devices also help me stay organized, keep things in one place, and save time in my day-to-day use.

 ### 9. Fast and Familiar, but Resource-Heavy with Multiple Tabs

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oliver T. | PhD Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

I mostly use it as a second browser, but it works well enough for what I need. It loads fairly quickly and offers decent integration with Windows accounts and passwords. The UX is the same as other browsers so it is easy to use in that regard. It is free and seems to have regular updates. The bing AI features are not bad and are in some cases superior to google search.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

It’s extremely RAM- and CPU-heavy, as is the case with all Chromium-based browsers, so it can lead to unwanted system slowdowns when you have multiple tabs open.

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If my main browser is fully utilised, or if I need to access other accounts without disturbing what I’m doing, I can switch over to it and open an incognito window. That essentially resets the cookies, so I can sign in separately without affecting my main task.

 ### 10. The Premier Browser for Industrial Automation: Bridging Legacy PLC Access and Modern AI Research

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolina L. | Engineer, Industrial Automation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

As an engineer at Festo, my workflow requires constant toggling between internal PLM systems, vendor portals, and web-based configuration tools like the "Festo Automation Suite".

What sets Edge apart in 2026 is its 'Edge for Business' separation. It keeps my industrial documentation and internal SCADA web-interfaces strictly partitioned from my general browsing. The "Multi-tab Reasoning" in Copilot is a game-changer for technical research; I can open 15 different PDF datasheets for sensors and ask Edge to generate a comparison table of their IP ratings and response times instantly. Additionally, the native "IE Mode" is still a necessity for accessing legacy firmware on older PLC web-servers that haven't been updated to modern standards, saving me from maintaining multiple insecure browsers."

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

The 'New Tab' experience remains cluttered by default with consumer-facing news (MSN), which feels unprofessional in a high-precision engineering environment. While IT can manage this via Group Policy, the out-of-the-box experience is distracting. Also, the "Sidebar" can feel 'bloated' with shopping and gaming tools that have zero utility for industrial automation tasks. I’d prefer a 'Developer/Engineer' profile preset that strips these away automatically."

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Edge solves the 'Context Switching' fatigue. In industrial engineering, we often work with 'Shadow AI' risks where engineers might accidentally paste sensitive proprietary logic into public LLMs. Edge's "Enterprise Data Protection (EDP)" ensures that when I use the integrated Copilot to debug a piece of Python code for a robotic arm, that data stays within the Festo enterprise boundary.

From a performance standpoint, the "Sleeping Tabs" feature is vital. I often have resource-heavy CAD viewers open in the background; Edge automatically puts inactive tabs to sleep, freeing up RAM so my engineering software doesn't lag during a live commissioning session."

 ### 11. An Intuitive Browser with AI That Boosts Productivity.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaime Ricardo L. | Jefe del Departamento de Políticas y Herramientas en materia de Transparencia, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

The integration of Copilot AI is excellent. The interface is clean and well‑organized, websites load quickly, and I appreciate being able to view two tabs simultaneously. Password management is smooth, and having Edge settings integrated with my Outlook account is very convenient. Best of all, it comes at no additional cost, and It doesn’t require any training, since the product is intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

I think the management of favorites could be improved. When you have a large number of bookmarked pages, it becomes difficult to keep them organized. Perhaps integrating AI to help reorganize and suggest a better structure would make the experience more efficient

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft Edge solves the problem of keeping my workflow consistent across devices. The integration with Outlook allows me to have practically the same experience on both desktop and mobile versions. In addition, Copilot AI provides quick support by generating insights and assistance based on the content displayed in the active window, which makes my work faster and more efficient.

 ### 12. Best tool for organizing work and saving time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harika G. | Technical Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

I really like Microsoft edge as it is user friendly platform and one thing i'd like to share that i was working on multiple roles and had many tabs open for job descriptions, resumes, LinkedIn profiles and it was getting really confusing to manage everything. then i tried using the collections feature in Microsoft edge, and it actually made easy to group everything in one place and go back to it easily instead of jumping from one tab to another and it saved my time

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

I haven't really come across anything major to dislike about Microsoft edge, but sometimes there is a slight lag if i have too many tabs open, but it's pretty minor and doesn't effect my work much.

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Microsoft edge, i used to struggle with managing multiple tabs while working on different roles and it often became confusing to keep track of everything. But now, with these features like collections and better tab management, i can organize all my work in one place and making it much easier to stay focused.

 ### 13. Windows default browser

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LALIT P. | R & D Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

As of now, there isn’t any feature that I particularly like. I mainly use this browser when Chrome isn’t available, or when a site isn’t working properly.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

That default news page and Bing search are frustrating. Whenever I open the browser, it unnecessarily opens the news page, which makes the experience very unpleasant. I open the browser to find something, but that default page distracts me and breaks my focus. Bing search also gives some unexpected results, whereas with Google, when I start typing, within about 5 letters it already shows the expected search keyword.

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said, I only use it if Chrome isn’t working.

 ### 14. Fast, Secure and Well-Integrated with Windows and Copilot AI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

it is well integrated with Copilot AI, UI of microsoft edge is also intuitive and easy

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

The thing i dislike about Microsoft Edge is unlike chrome we have to sign in again and again using Google sign in method , it is time consuming to sign in again using email and password
second thing it consumes too much RAM in the system so it sometimes lags or freezes or sometime its unexpectedly closes down

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Edge remembers passwords and autofill seamlessly so it solves hassle of remembering too many password , it comes with inbuilt PDF viewer so i don't have to rely on separate third party PDF Viewer software

 ### 15. Fast, Clean, and Seamlessly Integrated with Microsoft Services

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitish J. | Lead Statistical Analyst, Research, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

What I like most about Microsoft Edge is how fast and easy it is to use. It loads web pages quickly, has a clean design, and works smoothly with Microsoft services, which makes browsing feel simple and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

Uses a lot of memory when I have many tabs open. Sometimes it shows too many Microsoft promotions and suggestions, and some websites may not work perfectly.

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast web browsing that helps me save time when opening websites. The built-in security features help keep my browsing safer, and it’s easy to organize my tabs and favorites.

I find it very easy to use, opened slides are easy to find. While using it It feels so easy to switch between slides, I would say the ease of implementation is very feasible. I have never used the customer support or in other words it has never disappoint with the service to seek customer support. I use it every-time as my default browser. I love features like segregating the bookmarks, keeping in folders. I used some extensions and its very user friendly in installing extensions. Well integrated to every extension

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

I dislike its default search engine which is kind of outdated and but with copilot on search its becoming more easier

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving disappearance of tabs, i can keep it save them or bookmarks them. I can ask anything to copilot nowdays which is very very well integrated

 ### 17. Customizable Browser with Seamless M365 Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonidas R. | Network Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

This is the browser I use for my work-related tasks. I like the integration with M365 because it lets you set up the connection right from the start. It’s very customizable, and being the default Windows OS browser gives me a lot of confidence about its performance.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

Bing… that’s the problem. I don’t like it at all, and having it integrated with Edge is a real pain.

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Edge is my go-to browser for work. I’ve set up all my work-related accounts in Edge and keep that space just for work, so I don’t have to worry about accidentally signing in with my personal account.

It works perfectly with a Microsoft account if you’re a Microsoft user. In some cases, it doesn’t even require me to log in to my own accounts, since it remembers the account history.

It feels a bit old-school, especially when it comes to syncing with other software and platforms. The branding, design, and overall look also come across as dated.

I use MS Edge for my business browsing. I particularly like the vertical tabs on the left, which make it easier for me to stay organized while I work.

The browser is also fast to load.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

 ### 34. Microsoft universe but changing the search engine is quite complicated...

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

What I like the most is the full compatibility with Chrome extensions while enjoying more advanced and better natively integrated privacy features. The immersive reading mode is amazing for focusing on the text without being distracted by ads or side menus. The integrated web screenshot function, which allows capturing an entire page or just a specific area, is a productivity tool that I use daily.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

I regret that the data synchronization between my phone and my computer sometimes encounters small glitches on Microsoft Edge, forcing me to reconnect manually. The settings interface of Microsoft Edge has become extremely dense over the updates, making the search for a specific option quite complex. Finally, a major downside is the Bing search engine imposed by default in Microsoft Edge. You have to dig quite a bit in the settings to change it.

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The major advantage is having an AI assistant directly integrated to summarize web pages or generate content without switching windows. This solution makes it easier to read long PDF documents thanks to its integrated annotation tools and its very natural text-to-speech function.

 ### 50. Last Choice Browser

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mandy H. | T, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Microsoft Edge?**

In all honesty, the only thing I like about the browser is the fact that it comes installed on the computer and can be utilized as a backup to the other browsers I am more preferential to using.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Edge?**

Although it is a functioning web browser, it is basic at its core. I find that it opens on its own and has a difficult time loading when trying to conduct a search. While it is easy to open and implement, it is not easy to integrate, as it struggles to function. It appears to have a mind of its own. Because of this, my frequency of use is limited to only utilizing it if there is a freeze or delay in my current browser (which is rare). It is limited in features, as well. I cannot speak to customer service.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Edge:**

If you are looking for a basic browser, this will do the trick.

**What problems is Microsoft Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not currently solving any problems with Microsoft Edge, as I do not like using this particular web browser. I find it difficult to incorporate into my computer usage because of its delays. I can give it credit for being easy to use, though.
