For a user, the product should be engaging also competitors like chrome has a wider selection of plugins and extension. Not sure what some reviews are saying but Edge is Chromium-based, not based on Internet Explorer architecture. I switched from Chrome to Edge because Edge has better resource utilization, which is great when I have 50+ tabs open for all my classes and work. Edge has its own extensions, but it also accepts any Chrome extensions directly from the Chrome store, which is very convinient.
