Describe the project or task the provider helped with:

It is part of the user's CRM application for a simple cosmetic surgery organization. We were hired to work with local developers to develop and promote the product nationwide. We answered user questions, worked with developers, changed the system, and helped the public shop to change the process. This was a major review of the process. What do you like best?

Microsoft Dynamics uses our company for business, operational, and administrative support personnel. Dynamics helps you track new sales opportunities and store historically important data to restore new and old opportunities. You can then view any bites that help move operations to customer status. I have used tools from SAP and Microsoft Dynamics and I will say that the latter is much better. Ease of use and great opportunities make working life a breeze. This allows everyone in our company to use the product based on their role. I also like the amount of information we can report from the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are always updates and the format changes all the time, so we have to learn how to use it again. Dynamics appear to be very robust, but it's not designed as a timekeeping tool, so the only purpose it had for us failed spectacularly. I don't know if it was a good sales job or what, but for us, it was a terrible movie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We switched our database to Dynamics in order to access it anywhere from the cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The ability to access our database from home or anywhere on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I dont like the way it's set up to organize a contact by "household" or "account". It causes extra work because you end up making duplicate entries (you have to have a main "household" file and then you can add individual contacts to that "household" or "account"). What do you like best?

I've used both SAP and Microsoft Dynamics Tools, and I am quick to say that the latter is much better. It makes life at work a breeze with its user friendliness and great options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

What I dislike about Microsoft dynamics tools is that the version we are running tends to lock up quite regularly during month-old. The whole application will crash at the most crucial times in the finance world. I've noticed far less crashes lately, and can see that things have been patched up quite nicely.
