## Dynamics 365 Sales Reviews
 ### 1. Simplifies Deal Tracking, Needs Better Mobile UX

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sid S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I find the Dynamics 365 Sales platform easy to use, which is crucial for managing our sales processes. The initial setup of Dynamics 365 Sales was pretty straightforward, making the transition from Excel and Jira quite simple for my team. This platform really shines in organizations with multiple cross-functional verticals that cut across various business lines. It's also great to be able to use Dynamics 365 Sales along with other tools like Tally, enhancing our overall workflow.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

The mobile web experience is very bad. The button sizes are small and the approval process for a new user takes time to get used to the UX.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dynamics 365 Sales for tracking deals and navigating the approval matrix for discounting, which helps address our discount structure issues.

 ### 2. Microsoft integration and effective automation, but sometimes complex to handle

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mohamed H. | Assistant Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I especially like the integration with Microsoft tools, task automation, and visibility on the sales pipeline. It saves my team a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I find that the tool is sometimes difficult to handle. Some tasks seem particularly time-consuming to me, especially data entry, workflow configuration, and navigating between different menus.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynamics 365 Sales allows me to better organize the tracking of clients and prospects, centralize all information, and automate certain tasks. Thanks to this, I save time daily, I am better organized, and I can improve the tracking of business opportunities, with a clearer view of progress.

 ### 3. Revolutionizing Sales with AI and Microsoft Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krish A.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I find Dynamics 365 Sales standout for its ability to unify the entire sales process within the familiar Microsoft ecosystem, allowing teams to work smarter rather than just harder. Its ability to unify customer data is incredibly valuable, automating routine tasks and providing actionable AI-driven insights, which often lead to a 15–20% reduction in administrative time. The Copilot AI is a game changer, enabling seamless integration with Microsoft 365, and its advanced sales acceleration tools are top-notch. Using these tools, I'm able to drastically reduce administrative data entry, cutting down on manual processes thanks to features like CRM Auto-Update and 'Smart Paste'. I also appreciate the accelerated meeting preparation and follow-up capabilities, where Copilot creates detailed pre-meeting briefs and assists during meetings by taking notes and suggesting action items. Content creation and personalization are also enhanced, with Copilot drafting proposals and crafting personalized emails. Smarter pipeline management is another highlight, with AI helping to identify high-potential leads and provide predictive sales forecasting, making my workflow much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I think Dynamics 365 Sales could work on reducing a steep learning curve for new users. The customization processes can be complex and could lead to implementation delays. Also, the out-of-the-box reporting could be enhanced.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dynamics 365 Sales to consolidate fragmented customer data, automate tasks, and get AI-driven insights, cutting admin time by 15–20%. Key benefits include Predictive Lead Scoring, reducing sales cycles, unifying data, and Microsoft 365 integration.

 ### 4. Dynamics 365 Sales Makes Lead Management and Deal Tracking Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishal S. | Business Development Executve, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Dynamics 365 Sales is a SaaS-based tool that can manage leads from multiple sources. You can create opportunities within it, and as you move through each step, it indicates the likelihood of closing and winning the deal.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

The feasibility of implementation can sometimes be confusing for users. If you haven’t connected with a good partner, the process can end up taking more time and costing more money.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves multiple problems. For example, it manages every step internally—from lead management and proposal creation through to closure—while also keeping time logs throughout the process.

 ### 5. A powerful CRM with great features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca B. | International Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I primarily use Dynamics 365 CRM for managing our partner accreditations and reviewing their history with us as customers. It’s incredibly helpful to have all of that information in one place, making it easy to track interactions, keep records up to date, and ensure we’re supporting our partners effectively. The reporting tools and integration with Microsoft apps are a real plus, and they make collaboration much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

The only drawback is that the system can sometimes feel a bit clunky - certain tasks take more steps than expected, and the interface isn’t always the most intuitive, especially as we have added some bespoke fields to the system to make it work for us. However, once you get used to it, the benefits of having a centralized, reliable CRM far outweigh those minor frustrations.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us a single, reliable place to manage partner accreditations, customer history, and interactions. Before, this information was spread across spreadsheets, emails, and different systems, which made it hard to keep track of details or see the bigger picture.

Now I can quickly check a partner’s full history with us, monitor their accreditation status, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Having everything centralized not only saves time but also improves accuracy and ensures we can deliver a more consistent and professional experience to our partners and customers.

 ### 6. Dynamics’ Seamless Integration with Office, Teams, Outlook, and Power BI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kris H. | Senior Manager - Latin America & the Caribbean, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I like how Dynamics works closely with Office, Teams, and Outlook, as well as Power BI. The integration between these tools makes it easier for me to keep everything connected and work more smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I feel that some of the newer solutions are more agile and make it easier to process expenses through collaborative workflows.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped resolve my frustration with having too many UI/UX tools that all do slightly different things with the same basic information or database.

 ### 7. Seamless Integration with Microsoft Products

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William W. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Integration to other non-Microsoft Produucts

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead management

 ### 8. AI-Driven Insights and Seamless CRM That Helps Close Deals Faster

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

What I like most about Dynamics 365 Sales is the way it brings together AI-driven insights and seamless CRM tools, helping sales teams build stronger customer relationships and close deals faster. The predictive analytics, automation, and integration with Microsoft 365 also make it a powerful platform for modern selling.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

Dynamics 365 Sales has a lot of strengths, but it’s not without its pain points. Here are some of the most common dislikes that sales teams and managers mention:

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynamics 365 Sales is built to tackle some of the biggest pain points in modern selling, such as disorganized lead tracking, limited pipeline visibility, and a lack of personalized customer engagement. By addressing these issues, it helps sales teams work more efficiently, close deals faster, and deliver a better overall customer experience.

 ### 9. User-Friendly with Regional Language Needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhupendra W. | Center Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I enjoy the work with Dynamics 365 Sales, finding it simple to use, which makes it easy for users like me to access. It also promises a better future compared to other software.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

I find the lack of multi-language support problematic, which makes it difficult for people in different regions to use Dynamics 365 Sales effectively.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make easy to access

 ### 10. Flexible modules, but complex role hierarchy and module connections

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

MS Dynamics has a wide range of modules, and our company can modify these modules to fit our specific business use cases.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Sales?**

There are too many options, and it’s a bit hard to connect everything between the different modules. It’s also difficult to set up and understand the hierarchy of user roles. Especially the financial module feels complicated, but that’s okay—finance is difficult everywhere.

**What problems is Dynamics 365 Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used a different ERP for over 10 years, and now we’ve shifted to MS Dynamics. Our previous ERP was too slow and didn’t use modern technology. MS Dynamics feels much more modern, with better technology and stronger analysis tools etc.
