This is a really nice program to organize data from various endpoints and locations and then can create actionable insights for your team.
Setting up customer insights is not really straightforward as you'd think. It's not extremely difficult, but it does demand many steps that could drive you away. However, the program is new so hoping this improves over time.
Currently, the Customer Insights does not have many data sources that it supports out of the box. As of now, I believe it is just CSV files, Dynamics 365, and Hub Data APIs. This is a bit disappointing, but it still is worth it.
Tracking KPI's is one of our favorite features, and it is handled very well. We also can see the WHOLE customer journey on one dashboard. It helps us predict their needs and enhance future engagements.
