Operation, Collaboration & Integration: MS Dynamics Connector has improved and streamlined my business operations & collaborations with data synchronization and workflow automation. Its seamless integration of MS apps like Outlook, CRM and Calendar has made my job very easy. MS Dynamics Connector is very helpfull and fruitfull in integrationg the MS apps but to use and implement it you should have some technical expertise and it may require learning curve. It integrates easily with Outlook without installing anything extra. In addition, it integrates easily with Calendar and CRM and this enhances collaboration with teams and customers. This has in return improved how we relate wit our customers which has resulted in improved work operations. Without forgeting, automation of workflows has also contributed to increased production as well as customer satisfaction . Works perfectly with any modern browser hence does not limit one on the type of browser to use. It also works well on mobile phone and this keeps the sales team updated on their customers. It is great assets to both customer relations team and accounting as both get customer information realtime and cordinate to ensure that customers are attended to effectively. It enables integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Web API which to me is an added advantage as you get to do more for your customer thus satisfying their needs. It has eased the way customers reach to us as they only need to create a ticket detailing their issue and then the issue is taken on our side for a solution. Automation of workflows has eliminated manual data entry and search which has increased accuracy and efficiency in solving customers issues. It as helped with integrating CRM, Calendar, Emails, Outlook to mention just few, and so one does not have to keep switching between these apps.
