MDI monitors user & entity behaviour and patterns and also protects credentials and identities. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Defender for Identity?** Currently, there is no option to implement remedial solutions using the platform itself; it only works like an alerting system. You cannot use MDI to fix anything as of now and have to go into the system to do the same. **What problems is Microsoft Defender for Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Security alerts are the most helpful feature to detect any malicious activity. The alert service is graphic in nature; hence it is easy to analyse security threats via visualisation. The alert language is simple, and there are ample visual indicators to show the severity of the threat.
