Very reliable useful tool **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Debbie T. | Bookkeeper, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2019 **What do you like best about Microsoft Data Quality Services?** It's a good and stable tool that can be easily backed up and restored when needed with all the capabilities of Microsoft SQL profiler for performance montionering and debugging is great and it only takes a short amount of time to set it up but to me probably the best part is how it integrates seemlessly with the windows server products which makes updating and configuration very easy. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Data Quality Services?** The price is somewhat steep , especially when going over the data of 10 GB but of course there's the free version but it won't come with all the benefits. It also uses a lot of ram space for installations of software and alot of times it does lag when trying to login but if pricing is not a problem for you then I very much recommend this product as with anything from Microsoft, it is great! **Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Data Quality Services:** As always Microsoft is great and keeps getting better and if pricing is a factor , there's the free version without all of the benefits of the paid version of course but for small businesses, free version should be fine and I definitely recommend using Microsoft Data **What problems is Microsoft Data Quality Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** On a daliy basics, our company has been able immediately solve larger transactions through it's script and the intellisense makes writing queries very quick and super efficient. ### 2. I'm not sure how seamlessly this would work for those who don't use/are not familiar with Microsoft products. **What problems is Microsoft Data Quality Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using this product, we didn't really have a standardized way to clean up our data. We collected participant data every few weeks during our training sessions, and we had to compile that data at the end of every month, then at the end of the year.
