It is proprietary software, so it is paid, but it is very easy to use since without knowing SQL language, it will allow us to have databases for a small business, to organize our movies at home, or simply to learn to handle the basic concepts of a relational database in an institute or educational center. It will allow us to create tables, establish the types of fields each of them will have, and set the desired relationships between them. Once all this is done, the next step will be to insert data. For this, Access will allow us to do it manually one by one, import from another document, for example, an Excel file, or create forms that facilitate the task of data entry and prevent the greatest number of possible errors that usually appear when entering data. After having our databases organized, another option of Access will be to manage queries to them. With a simple environment, different responses can be obtained based on the parameters we configure for each query. It also allows creating views.
