It's a very basic tool **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Edson R. | Team Captain, Market Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2019 **What do you like best about MicroSIP?** I have used many software in the past but this one seems to be reliable and lightweight software, very easy to use good sound quality. It's free to use so it is a big plus. Excellent documentation online to answer various questions about this software. I really like the idea of getting rid of my desk phone and just using my laptop. Since we were converting to VoIP phones, that seemed like a reasonable idea. Is a quick software and something really smooth and generally working fine. **What do you dislike about MicroSIP?** Sometimes using this software seems like one of the works. Calls wouldn't come through--my phone simply wouldn't ring. Or I'd call someone and they couldn't hear me. In essence, my "desk phone" became so extremely unreliable that I would go into other people's offices to make phone calls and I let the rest of my team know they couldn't reach my by phone. **Recommendations to others considering MicroSIP:** Overall satisfied with this program, works Well, The last update with a New design is nice **What problems is MicroSIP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall satisfied with this program, works Well, The last update with a New design is nice. It is a software that is administrative in my work which is helpful for any position and even for the accountants already facilitates the use of creating invoices, policies, new roles and some other important features. ### 2.
