**What do you like best about MicroSale?**

Easy to set up and overall work with. The overall fast and easy interactive program is great to work with. 

**What do you dislike about MicroSale?**

The product is somewhat hard to learn and adjust. While voiding some checks is difficult, this can be fixed under the admin profile. 

**What problems is MicroSale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once heavily using the program, this can cause the interface to crash and all previous information does not save.

**What do you like best about MicroSale?**

It is easy to use compare to other POS that Ive tried plus it can offer better features. Worth it to purchase for restaurants looking for worth it yet cheaper POS.

**What do you dislike about MicroSale?**

Customizing is a bit difficult to do like changing menus, colors and buttons and sometimes getting problems with generating reports which is very important.

**What problems is MicroSale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It generates reports like sales, inventory etc- that will allow you to save time instead of doing it manually.

**What do you like best about MicroSale?**

Microsale has an ease of use. Editing menu items is easy and simple. 

**What do you dislike about MicroSale?**

It freezes from time to time, usually during our busy times. it could be overload or overuse.

**What problems is MicroSale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved writing paper tickets and having to go to different areas to get needs met. we can use one application for all of our needs.
