**What do you like best about OpenText Service Management?**

The best thing about micro focus service manager is its ease of use, i have been using it for incident management module and it is very easy to implement and it allows allot of changes based on the user requirements. Whenever while developing we get some issue and put mail on customer support they revert immediately and contact us for resolvement of issue.

**What do you dislike about OpenText Service Management?**

The only thing that i dislike about it is that the UI can be more interactive and more pleasable to people.

**What problems is OpenText Service Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For creating service desk based on user requirements.

**What do you like best about OpenText Service Management?**

Microfocus service manager UI is just awesome and easy to use, The UI is easy to understand and customizable easily using the script also it can be intergated with many tools.

**What do you dislike about OpenText Service Management?**

Microfocus not patching the tool frequently that is the drawback of tool bugs and enhancements need to be resolved as per customer requirement else customers move out of this tool

Yes i recommend for this product

Microfocus service manager is very useful for daily base ticket activities and also this is the best tool for tracking all the tickets this is the best tool for project management

The tool providea good monitoring for database. Its very simple and easy to use

The support that the team provides. Since they changed from HP to microfocus, the suuporg has gone bad

**What problems is OpenText Service Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Availability of failure of any ports, monitoring the health of all servers

Easy to manage defects, upload and management test scrips

The UI is little slow for huge project management. Approval workflow is something that should be enhanced

**What problems is OpenText Service Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Defect management, tracking of test scripts in the project development lifecycle, creation of custom SQL views to retrieve data.
