**What do you like best about MIC Global Trade Management?**

One of my favorite things about it is that it has a wide range of solutions that can be changed to fit the needs of different markets and countries all over the world. The software from MIC has everything that is needed to manage and run customs processes efficiently while staying in line with the law. These bases include customs filing and central product classification, as well as figuring out where goods come from, keeping an eye on exports, and analyzing and showing data.

**What do you dislike about MIC Global Trade Management?**

It takes some time to fully integrate with a company's IT infrastructure and business processes for customs and trade compliance, but this is a minor problem compared to the many benefits it offers. MIC's web-based software is always being updated and changed to meet the needs of our industries and make sure it follows local and national laws.

**What problems is MIC Global Trade Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves my problems with global customs and trade compliance by letting me expand my business into new regions and countries without having to worry about the complicated rules of global trade and customs. I'm thankful that the software is always getting better and more in line with changing regional and national laws.
