It seems as if they are working to improve their software and CS, albeit too slowly to stay with their company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about mHelpDesk? They browser software is not intuitive. The integration with QuickBooks is poor. They try to force you to use mHelp Desk as your primary finance interface despite the fact that it would be nearly impossible to run a business using their software. Prone to crashes and glitches that come and go.
