The arrangement of all the tools and icons is so unique of this software. This software works very well with all the available tools and features and completes all the tasks conveniently. The software helps you create documents for your clients and upload and import them online. Configuration and integration of this software with the banking or CRM platform are fantastic. The workflow process, which is set default, can not be changed so quickly; troubles are faced when trying to change the process. I love the outstanding customer service from MHC Software. We appreciate the support staff's dedication to helping us find practical solutions, reacting promptly, and going above and beyond our expectations, regardless of how detailed or specific it may be. For example, they helped us customize our payroll system so we can see pay stub deductions and previous access reports for departed employees, along with uploading reconciliations today! Furthermore, this also allowed more flexibility by changing specific protocols tailored just for us. Indeed great work ethics are demonstrated here at MHC Software! I wouldn't say I like that the Infor ERP connection issues result in daily technical help required to maintain an efficient system. The performance of this system could have been better, and it cannot handle our regular data processing load, resulting in order forms, vendor contacts, and invoice images frequently missing.
