Onboard is restaurant software for independent restaurants, made in Germany. Reservations, digital menu, guest CRM and team management in one app, at a fixed monthly price and with no commission per guest. Reservations from your website widget, Google, the Onboard guest app, phone and AI assistants such as ChatGPT land in one reservation book, with floor plan, waitlist, check-in and automatic confirmations. Deposits for large groups are paid via Stripe directly to the restaurant. Also included: a digital menu with QR code and allergens, guest profiles with notes and allergies, staff rota, time tracking via app or PIN terminal with DATEV LODAS export, a team wiki and the AI assistant Neo. An optional AI phone assistant takes reservations around the clock. Mobile apps for iOS and Android. Free plan with up to 30 reservations a month, no credit card. Complete plan from €69 a month with every module. Data hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.
