I can save a lot of time and effort due to that also you can easily analyze employee performance, Marketing resources like which marketing source is performing best for you. let's not forget the automation. the UI is really good. its just like I am shopping on amazon I would highly recommend this platform. ### 3. Newcomers can pick up on how to use the software relatively easily. They also provide 24/7 support so you are never left waiting for an answer. **What do you dislike about MetroLeads?** There are some limitations of the software that have to be addressed by another program. Also the price could be a bit lower. **What problems is MetroLeads solving and how is that benefiting you?** We lacked a big-picture view of our system prior to using MetroLeads CRM. We also weren't aware of how many leads we were missing out on and as a result our sales suffered.
